شرح شغل:

• طراحی و درج آگهی استخدام در پلتفرم‌های مختلف.
• غربالگری رزومه‌ها و تنظیم مصاحبه تلفنی.
• هماهنگی و انجام مصاحبه‌های عمومی.
• آنبوردینگ کارکنان جدید در بخش‌های مختلف.
• تهیه و بروزرسانی گزارشات جذب و استخدام.
• بررسی بازار نیروی کار و تامین بهنگام سرمایه‌های انسانی متناسب.
• تحقیق و بررسی دائمی در مورد روش‌ها و استراتژی‌های کشف، جذب و استخدام استعدادها.

شرایط احراز:

• مسلط به فرآیندهای شناسایی ، جذب و استخدام و تحلیل آزمون‌های استخدامی.
• آشنا با انواع مصاحبه‌های رفتاری، موقعیتی و مبتنی بر شایستگی.
• آشنا با اصول نگهداشت پرسنل.
• آشنا با اصول و اجرای فرایندهای Onboarding.
• مسلط به فرایند آموزش (روش‌های نیازسنجی، طراحی دوره‌های آموزشی، روش‌های ارزیابی اثربخشی).
• دانش و مهارت کافی در خصوص پیاده‌سازی شیوه‌های نوین اجرای برنامه‌های آموزشی.
• آشنایی کامل با الزامات سیستم‌های مدیریت کیفیت در حوزه آموزش.
• مهارت کافی در سازماندهی و تولید موارد آموزشی، تهیه و تحلیل محتوا.
• آشنایی با روش‌های برگزاری آموزش.
• آشنایی با شاخص‌های آماری آموزش.
• توانایی برنامه‌ریزی جلسات و پیگیری آن‌ها.
• روابط عمومی بالا و فن بیان قوی.
• توانایی سازماندهی و مدیریت زمان.

screening resumes and setting up phone interviews
coordinating and conducting public interviews
onboarding new employees in different departments
preparing and updating recruitment and hiring reports
Reviewing the labor market and timely supply of appropriate human capital
Permanent research and review on the methods and strategies for discovering, attracting and hiring talents
Mastering the processes of identifying, attracting and hiring and analyzing tests Recruitment
familiar with behavioral, situational and competency-based interviews
familiar with the principles of personnel retention
familiar with the principles and implementation of Onboarding processes
proficient in the training process (needs assessment methods, training course design , effectiveness evaluation methods)
Sufficient knowledge and skill regarding the implementation of new methods of implementing educational programs
Complete familiarity with the requirements of quality management systems in the field of education
Sufficient skill in organization and production Training items, content preparation and analysis
Familiarization with training methods
Familiarity with statistical indicators of training
Planning of meetings and their follow-up
