شرح شغل:

• انجام مصاحبه‌های شایستگی محور.
• مدیریت فرآیند آفبوردینگ و مصاحبه خروج.
• سرپرستی تیم جذب و استخدام.
• مدیریت فرآیند ورود (Onboarding) نیروی جدید به سازمان.

شرایط احراز:

• مسلط به فرآیندهای جذب.
• مسلط به طراحی آگهی‌های شغلی، فیلتر اولیه رزومه و انجام مصاحبه تلفنی.
• آشنایی با چنل‌های جذب و منبع‌یابی نیروهای مستعد از منابع مختلف (از جمله لینکدین).
• آشنایی با ارزیابی و بهبود مستمر فرآیندهای جذب و استخدام.

Competencies:
Proficient in recruiting processes
Proficient in designing job advertisements, initial resume filtering and conducting telephone interviews
Conducting competency-based interviews
Managing the off-boarding process and exit interviews
Supervising the recruiting team and hiring
managing the onboarding process of new staff to the organization.
familiarity with the channels of attracting and sourcing talented staff from various sources (including LinkedIn).
evaluation and improvement Continuous recruiting and hiring processes.
