شرکت امن‌آور یک سازمان فعال در صنعت حمل‌ونقل و تدارکات است. ما در تهران مستقر هستیم و به دنبال یک کارشناس عملیات هستیم که به تیم ما بپیوندد. این موقعیت نقش مهمی در اطمینان از اجرای عملیات روان و کارآمد دارد و برای افرادی که به دنبال فرصت‌های چالش‌برانگیز و محیط کاری پویا هستند مناسب است.

شرح شغل:

• مدیریت و پیگیری فرآیندهای حمل و نقل و تدارکات.
• هماهنگی با تیم‌ها و بخش‌های مختلف برای اطمینان از جریان کاری مداوم.
• نظارت بر زمانبندی های تحویل و حل مشکلات احتمالی.
• بهبود فرآیندهای موجود برای افزایش کارایی.
• انجام وظایف اداری مربوط به عملیات و تهیه گزارش‌های دوره‌ای.

شرایط احراز:

• آشنا بل اصول و فرآیندهای حمل‌ونقل و تدارکات.
• توانایی حل مسئله و مدیریت بحران.
• مهارت‌های ارتباطی قوی.
• توانایی کار در محیط‌های پرفشار.
• بدون نیاز به تحصیلات دانشگاهی.
• بدون نیاز به سابقه کاری (آموزش داده می‌شود).

Responsibilities:
- Manage and track shipping processes and logistics
- Coordinate with different teams and departments to ensure continuous work flow
- Monitor delivery schedules and resolve potential issues
- Improve existing processes to increase efficiency
- Perform Administrative duties related to operations and preparation of course reports E

Competencies:
- Familiar with the principles and processes of transportation and logistics
- Ability to solve problems and crisis management
- Possess strong communication skills
- Ability to work in High-pressure environments
