کارشناس عملیات بازار | Market Operation Expert

شرکت بورس انرژی ایران به‌منظور تکمیل کادر تخصصی خود، از متقاضیان واجد شرایط برای تصدی جایگاه کارشناس عملیات بازار فیزیکی فرآورده‌های هیدروکربوری دعوت به همکاری می‌نماید. تمرکز این نقش بر انجام عملیات اجرایی بازار، کنترل اطلاعات و رعایت الزامات مقرراتی معاملات است.

شرح وظایف و مسئولیت‌ها
• انجام و پشتیبانی عملیات روزانه بازار فیزیکی فرآورده‌های هیدروکربوری
• آماده‌سازی عرضه‌ها و کنترل صحت اطلاعات مرتبط با فرآیند معاملات
• بررسی و تطبیق اطلاعات عرضه‌ها با مقررات، دستورالعمل‌ها و رویه‌های اجرایی بورس
• تعامل و هماهنگی مستمر با واحدهای داخلی و ذی‌نفعان مرتبط
• تهیه و ارائه گزارش‌های عملیاتی و تحلیلی مورد نیاز
• ثبت، بایگانی، نگهداری مستندات و اطمینان از صحیح بودن داده‌های پرونده‌های عرضه و معامله مطابق الزامات کنترلی

شرایط احراز
•مدرک کارشناسی ارشد (ترجیحاً) در یکی از رشته‌های: مهندسی نفت، مهندسی شیمی، مهندسی انرژی، مدیریت، اقتصاد، مالی، حسابداری، مهندسی صنایع و یا رشته‌های مرتبط
• تسلط نسبی به نرم‌افزارهای اکسل و ورد
• دقت بالا، توجه به جزئیات و توانایی انجام امور اجرایی ساختار‌یافته

• نظم، انضباط فردی و وقت‌شناسی
• مسئولیت‌پذیری و پیگیری مؤثر امور تا حصول نتیجه
• توانایی کار تیمی و برقراری تعامل حرفه‌ای

• علاقه‌مندی به یادگیری مستمر و به‌روزرسانی دانش مرتبط با بازار و مقررات

• آشنایی با بازار فیزیکی بورس انرژی ایران و فرآیندهای معاملاتی
• سابقه فعالیت در بازار سرمایه یا صنایع انرژی (نفت، گاز، پالایش، پتروشیمی)
• گذراندن دوره‌های مرتبط با بازار سرمایه، مقررات بورس‌ها، مدیریت عملیات، اکسل پیشرفته و ...
• داشتن سابقه کاری مرتبط

In order to complete its specialized staff, Iran Energy Exchange Company invites qualified applicants for the position of an expert in the operation of the physical market of hydrocarbon products. The focus of this role is to perform market executive operations, control information and comply with the regulatory requirements of transactions.

Description of duties and responsibilities
• Conducting and supporting the daily operations of the physical market of hydrocarbon products
• Preparing supplies and controlling the accuracy of information related to the trading process
• Reviewing and matching supply information with the regulations, instructions and executive procedures of the exchange
• Continuous interaction and coordination with internal units and related stakeholders
• Preparing and presenting operational and analytical reports Requirement
• Register, archive, maintain documentation and ensure the correctness of supply and transaction file data according to control requirements

Qualification conditions
• Master's degree (preferably) in one of the fields: petroleum engineering, chemical engineering, energy engineering, management, economics, finance, accounting, industrial engineering or related fields
• Relative mastery of Excel and Word software
• High accuracy, attention to detail and the ability to perform structural executive tasks Findings

• Passing courses related to the capital market, stock exchange regulations, operations management, advanced Excel, etc.
• Having relevant work experience
