شرح شغل :
مشارکت در تدوین، به‌روزرسانی و پایش استانداردهای عملیات فروشگاهی
مشارکت در توسعه مدل بلوغ فروشگاهی و نظام امتیازدهی استانداردها
پایش تغییرات عملیاتی فروشگاه‌ها و اثر آن بر سطح انطباق با استانداردها
تحلیل زمان‌سنجی فرآیندها و حجم عملیات فروشگاهی
طراحی و به‌روزرسانی مدل‌های برآورد نیروی انسانی بهینه
تحلیل الگوهای حضور، شیفت، آف و بار کاری فروشگاه‌ها
طراحی و نگهداری داشبوردهای KPI عملیاتی
پشتیبانی تحلیلی پروژه‌های داده‌محور و نیمه‌هوشمند (Predictive / Rule-Based)
شناسایی گلوگاه‌ها و فرصت‌های بهبود در فرآیندهای فروشگاهی و ارائه پیشنهادهای اصلاحی مبتنی بر داده


شرایط احراز :
تسلط بر Excel پیشرفته (مدل‌سازی، Pivot، Power Query)
تسلط بر Power BI و طراحی داشبوردهای تحلیلی
آشنایی عملی با SQL برای استخراج و تحلیل داده
تجربه تحلیل داده‌های عملیاتی و عملکردی (Retail / Operations Data)
آشنایی با سنجش عملیات و Work Measurement
آشنایی با مدل‌های برآورد و برنامه‌ریزی نیروی انسانی (Workforce Planning)
آشنایی با مفاهیم KPI Design و Performance Measurement
آشنایی با Python یا R برای تحلیل داده و مدل‌سازی ساده
آشنایی با مفاهیم Forecasting و تحلیل پیش‌بینانه
آشنایی با مفاهیم Lean / Continuous Improvement
تجربه کار با ابزارهای مدیریت فرآیند یا BPM
دارا بودن گواهینامه‌های حرفه‌ای (Six Sigma، IE، Data Analytics)

Job Description: Participation in the formulation, updating and monitoring of store operation standards Participation in the development of the store maturity model and standards scoring system Monitoring operational changes of stores and their effect on the level of compliance with standards Analysis of time measurement of processes and volume of store operations Designing and updating optimal manpower estimation models Analysis of store attendance, shift, off and workload patterns Designing and maintaining operational KPI dashboards Support Analysis of data-driven and semi-intelligent projects (Predictive / Rule-Based)
Identification of bottlenecks and improvement opportunities in store processes and providing data-based correction suggestions


Qualification conditions:
Mastery of advanced Excel (modeling, Pivot, Power Query)
Mastery of Power BI and design of analytical dashboards
Practical familiarity with SQL for data extraction and analysis
Experience in operational and functional data analysis (Retail / Operations) Data)
Familiarity with operation measurement and Work Measurement
Familiarity with workforce planning and estimation models (Workforce Planning)
Familiarity with KPI Design and Performance Measurement concepts
Familiarity with Python or R for data analysis and simple modeling
Familiarity with Forecasting concepts and predictive analysis
Familiarity with Lean / Continuous Improvement concepts
Experience working with process management tools or BPM
Having professional certifications (Six Sigma, IE, Data Analytics)
