• طراحی برنامه‌های نوآورانه برای حفظ و ارتباط مشتری.
• ارائه پیشنهادهای ویژه برای مشتریان وفادار و خاص.
• تحلیل و بررسی رفتار مشتریان دسته‌بندی آن‌ها.
• مدیریت سیستم پاسخگویی به سوالات و رسیدگی به شکایات مشتریان.
• تهیه و تحلیل و ارائه گزارشات مدیریتی.

شرایط احراز:

• مهارت پیشرفته در استفاده از مایکروسافت آفیس.
• آشنایی با مفاهیم دیجیتال مارکتیک و گیمیفیکیشن.
• آشنایی با چرخه UI/UX.
• مسلط به اصول و فنون مذاکره.
