در این نقش باید:

• در شناسایی و رفع موانع تیم های اسکرام مهارت داشته باشید.
• توانایی کار با چند تیم اسکرام به صورت همزمان را داشته باشید.
• گزارش‌های پیشرفت، هفتگی و ماهیانه در سطوح مختلفی از جزئیات را تهیه نمایید.
• اهداف در سطوح مختلف پورتفولیو، برنامه و پروژه را هماهنگ و یکپارچه نمایید.
• جهت اطمینان از دستیابی به اهداف پروژه‌ها، اطلاعات و گزارش‌هایی را برای مدیران فراهم نموده و به آنها کمک نمایید.
• از پیشرفت پروژه‌ها مطابق اهداف زمانی، کیفی و محدوده تعریف شده اطمینان یابید.
• از اجرای درست فرایندها و استاندارهای سازمان مراقبت کنید.
• در جلسات شرکت کرده و مصوبات را پیگیری نمایید.
• در توسعه و آموزش استانداردها و متدولوژی‌های مدیریت پروژه مشارکت داشته باشید.

شرایط احراز:

• مسلط به مفاهیم چابکی در توسعه نرم افزار و چارچوب اسکرام.
• مسلط به استانداردها و فرایندهای برنامه‌ریزی و کنترل و پایش پروژه های نرم افزاری.
• مسلط به مجموعه ابزارهای آفیس و Microsoft Project 2013 (و بالاتر).
• دارای مدرک کارشناسی و بالاتر در رشته‌های مهندسی صنایع و یا فارغ‌التحصیل MBA.
• حداقل دو سال تجربه کار در حوزه مهندسی صنایع.

• توانایی حل مسئله، رفع تعارض و تصمیم‌گیری.
• توانایی بالا در برقراری ارتباط موثر.
• مهارت گزارش‌نویسی.
• توانایی اجرای فعالیت‌های همزمان، پاینبندی به زمانبندی و مدیریت اولویت کارها.
• توانایی کار تیمی و کار کردن همزمان با چند تیم.

In this role, you should:

Be skilled in identifying and removing obstacles in Scrum teams.
Have the ability to work with several Scrum teams simultaneously.
Weekly and monthly progress reports in Provide different levels of detail. Coordinate and integrate goals at different levels of the portfolio, program, and project. Provide information and reports to managers to ensure project goals are achieved. Please help Ensure the progress of the projects according to the defined time, quality and scope goals. Take care of the correct implementation of the organization's processes and standards. Participate in the meetings and follow up the approvals. Participate in project management methodologies.

Certification conditions:
Proficient in agile concepts in software development and Scrum framework
Proficient in project planning and control and monitoring standards and processes software
Proficient in Office tools and Microsoft Project 2013 (and above)
Bachelor's degree or higher in industrial engineering or MBA
At least two years of work experience in the field of industrial engineering
