شرح وظایف:

• نظارت و ارزیابی عملکرد دپارتمان‌ها بر اساس KPLهای سازمانی.
• هماهنگی بین تیم‌های مختلف برای اطمینان از دستیابی به اهداف استراتژیک.
• ارزیابی عملکرد فرایندها و اطمینان از انطباق آن‌ها با استانداردهای سازمانی.
• توسعه ابزارهای جدید برای ارزیابی کیفیت و عملکرد کارکنان.
• ارائه توصیه‌ها برای بهبود فرایندهای سازمانی و اموزشی کارکنان.
• انجام تحلیل داده‌های مربوط به کیفیت و عملکرد و گزارش‌دهی نتایج.
