- مربی و پشتیبانی از رشد حرفه ای اعضای تیم مهندسی. BR>- تجربه اثبات شده در نقش مدیریت مهندسی در صنعت نفت و گاز.
- دانش قوی از سیستم های برق ، مهندسی فرآیند و سیستم های مکانیکی. توانایی های حل مسئله و تفکر تحلیلی.
- مهارت های ارتباطی کلامی و کتبی قوی.
- توانایی کار مشترک در یک محیط پویا و سریع.

Based in Tehran, this pivotal role requires a leader skilled in engineering, electrical, process, and mechanics to oversee and enhance engineering activities and ensure the success of our production processes.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the engineering team to deliver high-quality production outputs.
• Develop and implement innovative engineering strategies to optimize production efficiency.
• Oversee operational processes and ensure they meet industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and innovations.
• Ensure maintenance processes maximize equipment reliability and performance.
• Conduct risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential engineering and production challenges.
• Develop and maintain project timelines and budgets, ensuring resource allocation aligns with company goals.
• Mentor and support the professional growth of engineering team members.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably with a focus on Energy.
• Proven experience in an engineering management role within the oil and gas industry.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, process engineering, and mechanical systems.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
