Job Description and Duties
1. Develop vision, mission, values, and policies based on the company's charter

7. Develop and evaluate the organization's business strategies, goals, and plans.

9. Developing assessment methods to identify risks (numerically), evaluate strengths and weaknesses of programs, project quality and performance, employees and project managers
