Duties and responsibilities:
Technical team leadership:
Lead the programming, network, and DevOps teams to achieve project goals.
Monitor and guide the teams to comply with coding standards, security, and technical quality.
Provide accurate and regular reports to senior managers of the organization.
Design and development of software and hardware infrastructure:
Designing complex software architectures and distributed systems.
Implementing and monitoring microservice architectures and optimizing existing systems.
Managing and optimizing network and server infrastructures to ensure stability (HA) and system availability.
DevOps operations management:
Designing and managing CI/CD processes and monitoring continuous deployment.
Configuring and managing containers using Docker and Kubernetes.
Monitoring and managing monitoring systems with tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK Stack.
Ensuring system security by implementing DevSecOps processes.
Research and Development (R&D):
Investigating and evaluating new technologies such as artificial intelligence and machine learning to improve system performance.
Proposing and implementing new tools and technologies to improve the organization's technical processes.
Cybersecurity:
Monitor infrastructure security and implement security protocols to protect data and systems.
Database and Storage Management:
Design, maintain, and optimize databases for optimal performance and scalability.
Team Communication Management:
Coordinate with product, design, operations, and customer teams to address technical needs.
Establish clear work processes and appropriate documentation.
VoIP Infrastructure Management:
Configure, monitor, and manage VoIP systems to optimize call quality and reduce disruptions.
Manage VoIP servers and SIP, IAX, and other related communication protocols.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's degree or higher in computer engineering, information technology, or a related field.
Experience:
At least eight years of experience in software development or IT infrastructure management; at least three years of experience managing or leading technical teams.
Experience working in call center companies is a great advantage.
Technical Skills:
Programming:
Proficient in one of the following languages: Python, Java, C or Go.
Familiarity with scripting languages such as Bash or Python to automate tasks.
Software Architecture:
Experience designing distributed systems and familiarity with microservice architecture.
Proficient in SOLID concepts and design patterns.
Infrastructure and DevOps:
Proficient in Jenkins, GitLab, CircleCI.
Proficient in container management and orchestration with Docker and Kubernetes.
Experience working with AWS, Azure, Google Cloud cloud services.
Security and Quality:
Familiarity with the concepts of cybersecurity and software security assurance.
Experience in implementing and monitoring automated Unit Testing and Integration Testing.
Database:
Ability to design and manage databases with relational and non-relational tools.
Monitoring and Supervision:
Experience working with tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK Stack.
High Availability (HA):
Ability to design and manage highly resilient systems.
Artificial Intelligence:
Familiarity with the concepts of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and how to implement them in software systems.
Management skills:
Ability to lead a team of more than fifteen people and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to document technical issues and provide analytical reports for strategic decision-making.
Ability to solve complex problems and make quick decisions in critical situations.
