• آشنایی کامل با سیستم‌عامل‌های موجود و نرم‌افزارهای کاربردی و طریقه نصب و راه‌اندازی آن‌ها.
• آشنایی با مباحث شبکه و اینترنت.
• تسلط کامل به +Network.
• شناخت کاملی از تجهیزات اکتیو و پسیو شبکه و روش‌های عیب‌یابی آن‌ها.
• آشنایی کامل با پیکربندی سیستم‌های کامپیوتری.
• آشنایی با انواع پرینترها و اسکنرها و دیگر تجهیزات جانبی، طریقه نصب و راه‌اندازی و عیب‌یابی آن‌ها.
• شناخت کاملی از انواع سخت‌افزار (َ+A).
• مسلط به MCITP و MCSE بسته به درخواست مجموعه.
• توانایی تهیه و تنظیم استانداردهای مورد نیاز در حوزه نصب، راه‌اندازی و نگهداری دسکتاپ‌ها.
• توانایی بررسی و رفع خطاهای سخت‌افزاری، نرم‌افزاری و شبکه‌ای بر روی سیستم کاربران.
• آشنایی با مجازی‌سازی VM.
• آشنایی با تجهیزات رادیویی.
