مسئولیت‌های کلیدی:

• رهبری طراحی، توسعه و پیاده‌سازی مدل‌های پیشرفته هوش مصنوعی مطابق با پویایی‌های بازارهای مالی و با استفاده از روش‌های نوین برای حل چالش‌های پیچیده.
• طراحی و اجرای استراتژی‌های تطبیقی بازار مالی با بهره‌گیری از یادگیری تقویتی و ترنسفورمرها برای بهبود مداوم و انطباق با تغییرات بازار.
• همکاری نزدیک با دانشمندان داده، مهندسان نرم‌افزار و متخصصان حوزه برای ایجاد یک خط لوله هوش مصنوعی مقاوم و مقیاس پذیر، تسهیل یکپارچه‌سازی داده‌ها و مدل‌ها.
• مدیریت چرخه عمر کامل مدل‌های هوش مصنوعی شامل پیش‌پردازش داده، آموزش مدل، تنظیم ابرپارامترها، استقرار و نظارت کامل بر عملکرد.
• راهنمایی و پشتیبانی از مهندسان جوان تیم، ترویج رشد حرفه‌ای و هدایت تیم هوش مصنوعی.
• مشارکت فعال در پژوهش‌های نوین حوزه هوش مصنوعی برای افزایش دقت، مقیاس‌پذیری و عملکرد مدل‌ها و پیشرفت کاربردهای مالی.
• هدایت پروژه‌های آزمایشی برای ارزیابی مدل‌های جدید و بهبود استحکام و قابلیت اطمینان مدل‌ها با استفاده از بازخوردهای عملیاتی.

شرایط احراز:

• تسلط قوی در ارتباط نوشتاری و گفتاری انگلیسی برای بیان موثر مفاهیم فنی به ذینفعان فنی و غیرفنی.
• مدرک دکتری در رشته‌های هوش مصنوعی، یادگیری ماشین، علوم کامپیوتر یا رشته‌های مرتبط.
• بیش از پنج سال تجربه صنعتی در توسعه سیستم‌های هوش مصنوعی/یادگیری ماشین؛ ترجیحاً در بخش‌های مالی و با سابقه موفقیت در مدیریت و اجرای پروژه‌ها.
• تخصص عمیق در یادگیری تقویتی و مدل‌های ترنسفورمر و با توانایی سفارشی‌سازی این تکنیک‌ها برای چالش‌های مالی.
• تجربه گسترده در کار با فریم‌ورک‌های یادگیری ماشین مانند TensorFlow ،PyTorch و Scikit-Learn.
• سابقه اثبات شده در استقرار مدل‌های هوش مصنوعی در محیط های عملیاتی، همراه با تجربه در ابزارهای MLOps.
• مهارت برنامه‌نویسی عالی در Python و با تجربه قابل توجه در ابزارهای بیگ دیتا مانند Apache Spark و تعهد به تولید کد مقیاس‌پذیر و کارآمد.
• مسلط به پلتفرم‌های ابری مانند AWS ،GCP یا Azure و توانایی مدیریت زیرساخت برای استقرار راه‌حل‌های هوش مصنوعی.

مهارت‌های ترجیحی:

As a Senior Engineer, you will be responsible for creating adaptive and advanced solutions that dynamically respond to the complexities of financial markets. Key Responsibilities
Lead the design, development and implementation of advanced AI models tailored to the dynamics of financial markets, using innovative methods to solve complex challenges.
Design and execute adaptive financial market strategies leveraging reinforcement learning and transformers to continuously improve and adapt to market changes.
Work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and domain experts to build a robust and scalable AI pipeline, facilitating data and model integration.
Manage the full lifecycle of AI models including: data preprocessing, model training, hyperparameter tuning, deployment, and full performance monitoring.
Mentor and support junior team engineers, promote professional growth, and lead the AI team.
Actively participate in cutting-edge AI research to improve model accuracy, scalability, and performance and advance financial applications.
Lead pilot projects to evaluate new models and improve model robustness and reliability using operational feedback.
Strong written and spoken English communication skills to effectively communicate technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Skills and Qualifications
PhD in AI, Machine Learning, Computer Science, or related fields.
5+ years of industry experience in developing AI/ML systems, preferably in the financial sector, with a track record of success in project management and execution.
Deep expertise in reinforcement learning and transformer models, with the ability to customize these techniques for financial challenges.
Extensive experience working with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.
Proven track record of deploying AI models in operational environments, with experience in MLOps tools.
Excellent programming skills in Python, with significant experience in big data tools such as Apache Spark and a commitment to producing scalable and efficient code.
Proficiency in cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure and the ability to manage infrastructure to deploy AI solutions.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to develop and implement efficient solutions in a dynamic startup environment.
Strong written and verbal English communication skills to effectively communicate technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills
Experience in financial markets or an interest in the challenges and opportunities in this area.
Familiarity with multi-agent reinforcement learning systems for complex decision-making.
Knowledge of statistical arbitrage, algorithmic trading, and risk management strategies.
Experience in designing low latency systems and optimizing for real-time applications in production-level financial environments.
