شرح شغل:
- نصب، توسعه و پشتیبانی Jira Software ،Confluence ،JSM و CROWD.
- شناسایی و نصب افزونه‌های موردنیاز تیم برنامه‌نویسی.
- پیاده‌سازی فرایندهای سازمانی در Confluence و Jira.
- پیاده‌سازی مدیریت دانش و اطلاعات با استفاده از Confluence.
- پیاده‌سازی و مدیریت پرتال سازمانی.
شرایط احراز:
- تسلط کامل به Add-Onهای پرکاربرد جیرا (Script Runner ،JMWE ،Insight ،Automation).
- آشنایی (مقدماتی) با زبان برنامه‌نویسی JAVA.
- آشنایی با مفاهیم پایه‌ای پایگاه‌داده.
- آشنایی با مفاهیم نظام‌های مدیریت خدمات فاوا (ترجیحاً ITLL).
- آشنایی با ساخت گزارشات موردنیاز در محیط Power BI با استفاده از دیتابیس جیرا.
- آشنایی کافی با مباحث ادمین جیرا و نگهداری سرویس.
- آشنایی با اسکریپت‌نویسی.
- آشنایی (مقدماتی) با BPMN.
Job description and duties: Installation, development and support of Jira Software, Confluence, JSM, and CROWD Identification and installation of plugins required by the programming team Implementation of organizational processes in Confluence and Jira
· Implementation of knowledge and information management using Confluence
· Implementation and management of the enterprise portal
· Complete mastery of frequently used add-ons of Jira (Script Runner, JMWE ,Insight,Automation)
· Familiarity with JAVA programming language
· Familiarity with the basic concepts of database
· Familiarity with the concepts of FAVA service management systems (preferably ITLL)
· Familiarity with creating the required reports in the Power BI environment using the Jira database
· Sufficient familiarity with Jira admin topics and service maintenance
· Familiarity with Script writing
