وظایف و مسئولیت‌ها:

• پیگیری امور شکایت مشتریان از رانندگان.
• بررسی رسیدهای روزانه.
• حصول اطمینان از صرفه‌جویی در مصرف انرژی و منابع.
• رعایت روش‌ها و دستورالعمل‌های مرتبط با HSE.
• تهیه گزارش شاخص‌های درون سازمانی.
• چک کردن خودروها، GPS و سایر امور مربوط به آن.
• صدور بارنامه و تایید داغی‌ها.
• ثبت برگه‌های POD و بایگانی مدارک.
• پیگیری تحویل بارنامه رانندگان و بررسی مشکلات توزیع.
• نظرسنجی پیرامون خدمات و ارتباط تلفنی با مشتریان نهایی.
• پاسخگویی به تماس تکنسین‌ها در طول روز و پیگیری کار، بارگیری، آموزش و کد تکنسینی آن‌ها.

شرایط احراز:

• حداقل مدرک تحصیلی کارشناسی.
• حداقل 1 سال سابقه کار مرتبط.
• مسلط به Excel.
• آشنایی با اصول و فنون مذاکره.
• آشنایی با شاخص‌های توزیع و ارسال کالا.
• آشنایی با مناطق جغرافیایی تهران.
• آشنایی با چیدمان بار در داخل خودرو.
