As a Senior Product Designer at Shavaz company, you will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience and visual identity of our marketplace website. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, Developers, and stakeholders to create seamless and engaging experiences for our customers and sellers. You will leverage your expertise in design principles, user research, and industry trends to drive the evolution of our platform and ensure it meets the needs of our diverse user base.
Responsibilities:
- Design clean and unique user interfaces to meet UX requirements and compliment brand/product identity
- Observe current user behavior and make design suggestions to improve UX
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research
- Perform A/B tests to continuously improve product performance to KPIs
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders on problem-solving and delivering solutions
- Partner with Data Scientists, Researchers and software engineers to define problems & goals, map user flows, prototype interactions, and launch new products and services
- Adapt quickly to change in a fast-paced startup environment
Mandatory Qualifications:
- +3 Years of experience in digital product design (Web or app);
- Experience in designing complex enterprise panels;
- The component-first mindset in design;
- Able to analyze, optimize, and simplify complex flows and scenarios;
- Deep experience with driving and applying user-centered design processes while working with cross-functional teams including development, product management, and product research.
- Highly collaborative. Able to build trust & strong relationships at all levels, influence without formal authority, and push back when appropriate.
- Obsessive attention even to the smallest details
Preferred Qualifications (Optional):
- Experience designing for e-commerce marketplace
- Demonstrable experience designing and shipping complex projects from start to finish
- A portfolio that demonstrates previous design experience, breadth and depth of design skills, a case study or two that illustrate challenges, methods, roles, and outcomes is required
