مدیر ترابری | Crew Team Leader

مسئولیت‌ها:

• هماهنگی با رانندگان: صدور و پیگیری پرداخت‌ها، مدیریت قراردادها، و ارتباط مستقیم با رانندگان.
• مدیریت اسناد و اطلاعات: صدور مدارک کابوتاژ و CMR، جمع‌آوری و ثبت مدارک با دقت بالا.
• نظارت و گزارش‌دهی: ردیابی موقعیت رانندگان با استفاده از GPS و اطمینان از رعایت برنامه‌ها.
• مدیریت مالی: نظارت بر صندوق خرد و پرداخت‌ها با دقت و پاسخگویی.
• حل مشکلات عملیاتی: مدیریت مسائل فوری برای جلوگیری از تأخیر یا مشکلات عملیاتی.

شرایط احراز:

• یک تا سه سال تجربه در لجستیک یا مدیریت ناوگان.
• سابقه کار با پرداخت‌ها، قراردادها، و سیستم‌های ردیابی GPS.
• مسلط به Excel و دارا بودن گواهینامه ICDL.
• دانش در زمینه فرآیندهای کابوتاژ و CMR مزیت محسوب می‌شود.
• توانایی انجام چندین کار همزمان، مهارت‌های ارتباطی قوی، و دقت بالا.

• توانایی مدیریت فشار کاری و حل مسائل در شرایط بحرانی.
• اولویت با آقایان به دلیل نیازهای عملیاتی.

Responsibilities:
- Coordination with drivers: issuing and tracking payments, managing contracts, and direct communication with drivers.
- Document and information management: issuing cabotage and CMR documents, collecting and recording documents with high accuracy.
- Monitoring and reporting: tracking the position of drivers using GPS and ensuring compliance with plans.
- Financial management: monitoring petty cash and payments with accuracy and accountability.
- Solving operational problems: Manage urgent issues to avoid Delays or operational problems.

Requirements and skills:
- 1-3 years of experience in logistics or fleet management.
- Experience with payments, contracts, and GPS tracking systems .
- Proficiency in Excel and ICDL certification.
- Knowledge of cabotage and CMR processes is an advantage.
- Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously, strong communication skills, and high accuracy.
