شرح شغل:

مهندس ارشد دکل مسئول ارائه رهبری فنی و پشتیبانی جهت اطمینان از عملکرد ایمن، کارآمد و مقرون‌به‌صرفه دکل حفاری جک‌آپ است. این نقش شامل نظارت بر نگهداری، عیب‌یابی و بهینه‌سازی عملکرد سیستم‌های حفاری، تجهیزات مکانیکی/برقی و زیرساخت دکل می‌باشد. همچنین، این فرد تضمین می‌کند که کلیه عملیات مطابق با استانداردهای ایمنی، مقرراتی و عملیاتی انجام می‌شود.

مسئولیت‌های اصلی:

نظارت بر سیستم‌های حفاری:

• نظارت بر نگهداری، بهره‌برداری و عیب‌یابی سیستم‌های حفاری دکل (مانند تاپ‌درایو، سیستم‌های چرخشی، پیشگیرهای فوران، پمپ‌های گل، و سیستم‌های کنترلی).
• پایش عملکرد تجهیزات حفاری و اجرای بهبودها یا اصلاحات جهت بهینه‌سازی راندمان و ایمنی دکل.
• ارائه پشتیبانی فنی به تیم حفاری در طول عملیات، از جمله برنامه‌ریزی، آماده‌سازی و اجرای فعالیت‌های حفاری.

نگهداری و قابلیت اطمینان تجهیزات:

• اطمینان از اجرای برنامه‌های نگهداری پیشگیرانه و اصلاحی برای سیستم‌های مکانیکی، برقی و هیدرولیکی.
• نظارت و اطمینان از عملکرد تجهیزات دکل در محدوده‌های قابل‌قبول و مطابق با مشخصات سازنده.
• کمک به عیب‌یابی و رفع خرابی تجهیزات برای کاهش زمان توقف.

رهبری فنی و نظارت:

• هدایت و راهنمایی مهندسان جوان‌تر، تکنسین‌ها و کارکنان دکل در جنبه‌های فنی عملیات.
• ارائه آموزش‌های حین کار برای اطمینان از آشنایی تیم با بهره‌برداری و نگهداری تجهیزات.
• نظارت و هماهنگی فعالیت‌های روزانه مهندسی در دکل، در راستای رعایت استانداردهای ایمنی و عملیاتی.

ایمنی و تطابق:

• اطمینان از رعایت تمامی فعالیت‌های مهندسی با مقررات ایمنی دریایی، استانداردهای صنعتی و سیاست‌های شرکت.
• انجام ممیزی‌های ایمنی، ارزیابی‌های ریسک و تحقیقات مربوط به حوادث.
• شرکت در جلسات ایمنی روزانه و هفتگی و اطمینان از مدیریت صحیح ریسک‌های مهندسی.
• انجام عملیات نگهداری و بهره‌برداری با کمترین تأثیر زیست‌محیطی.

مستندسازی و گزارش‌دهی:

• نگهداری مستندات دقیق و به‌روز از فعالیت‌های مهندسی شامل لاگ‌های نگهداری، گزارش‌های فنی و سوابق عملکرد تجهیزات.
• تهیه و ارائه گزارش‌های عملکرد مهندسی به مدیریت ارشد و مدیر نصب دریایی (OIM).
• کمک در تهیه گزارش‌های روزانه و هفتگی در خصوص عملکرد تجهیزات، زمان توقف و نگهداری.

بودجه و کنترل هزینه:

• کمک در تهیه بودجه برای نگهداری و تعمیرات تجهیزات دکل، اطمینان از راه‌حل‌های مقرون‌به‌صرفه.
• نظارت بر مصرف قطعات یدکی، مواد و ابزارها جهت مدیریت مؤثر موجودی.
• همکاری با تیم‌های تأمین برای دسترسی به مواد و تجهیزات موردنیاز در زمان مناسب.

مدیریت پروژه:

• رهبری یا مشارکت در پروژه‌های مهندسی مرتبط با به‌روزرسانی دکل، جایگزینی تجهیزات و پیاده‌سازی فناوری‌های جدید.
• هماهنگی با واحدها و پیمانکاران مختلف برای پروژه‌ها و بهبودهای دکل.
• اطمینان از تکمیل پروژه‌ها طبق زمان‌بندی، بودجه و الزامات ایمنی و مقررات.

شرایط احراز:

• مدرک کارشناسی در رشته مهندسی مکانیک، مهندسی برق یا رشته‌های مرتبط یا گواهی فنی معادل.
• حداقل 8 تا 10 سال تجربه در عملیات حفاری دریایی، با حداقل 3 تا 5 سال تجربه در نقش مهندسی ارشد یا سرپرستی.
• دانش فنی قوی از سیستم‌های دکل جک‌آپ، از جمله تجهیزات حفاری، سیستم‌های مکانیکی، سیستم‌های برقی و اتوماسیون.
• آشنایی با استانداردها و مقررات صنعت دریایی (مانند API ،ISO ،(OHSAS و اصول ایمنی.
• مسلط به استفاده از نرم‌افزارهای مدیریت نگهداری (CMMS) و برنامه‌های MS Office.
• مهارت‌های قوی در حل مسئله و عیب‌یابی.
• دارای گواهینامه‌های معتبر بقاء دریایی و سلامت (مانند BOSIET و HUET).

مهارت‌های مطلوب:

• تجربه در سیستم‌های حفاری پیشرفته، اتوماسیون و به‌روزرسانی دکل.
• مهارت‌های رهبری و ارتباطی قوی، با توانایی مدیریت تیم‌های متنوع.
• آگاهی از فرآیندهای صدور گواهینامه و ممیزی دکل.
• تجربه در عملیات دریایی در مناطق مختلف یا شرایط چالش‌برانگیز (مانند آب‌های عمیق یا شرایط سخت جوی).

شرایط کاری:

• دوره‌های کاری دریایی طولانی‌مدت (معمولاً 2 تا 4 هفته در محل، 2 تا 4 هفته مرخصی).
• قرار گرفتن در معرض شرایط جوی سخت و محیط‌های دریایی.
• توانایی کار در فضاهای محدود و ارتفاعات، طبق نیازهای مهندسی یا نگهداری.

Job Description:
The Senior Rig Engineer is responsible for providing technical leadership and support to ensure the safe, efficient and cost-effective operation of a jack-up drilling rig. This role includes overseeing the maintenance, troubleshooting and performance optimization of drilling systems, mechanical/electrical equipment and rig infrastructure. The individual also ensures that all operations are carried out in accordance with safety, regulatory and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Drilling Systems Supervision:
• Oversees maintenance, operation, and troubleshooting of rig drilling systems (e.g., top drives, rotary systems, blowout preventers, mud pumps, and control systems)
• Monitors drilling equipment performance and implements improvements or modifications to optimize rig efficiency and safety
• Provides technical support to the drilling team during operations, including planning, preparing, and executing drilling activities

2. Equipment Maintenance and Reliability:
• Ensures implementation of preventive and corrective maintenance programs for mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
• Monitors and ensures rig equipment is operating within acceptable limits and in accordance with manufacturer specifications
• Assists in troubleshooting and resolving equipment failures to reduce downtime

3. Technical Leadership and Supervision:
• Direct and mentor junior engineers, technicians and rig staff in technical aspects of operations
• Provide on-the-job training to ensure the team is familiar with the operation and maintenance of the equipment
• Supervise and coordinate the daily engineering activities on the rig, in line with safety and operational standards

4. Safety and Compliance:
• Ensure all engineering activities comply with marine safety regulations, industry standards and company policies
• Conduct safety audits, risk assessments and incident investigations
• Participate in daily and weekly safety meetings and ensure engineering risks are properly managed
• Conduct maintenance and operation operations with minimal environmental impact

5. Documentation and Reporting:
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of engineering activities including maintenance logs, technical reports and equipment performance records
• Prepare and submit engineering performance reports to senior management and the Offshore Installation Manager (OIM)
• Assist in the preparation of daily and weekly reports on equipment performance, downtime and maintenance

6. Budgeting and Cost Control:
• Assist in preparing budgets for rig equipment maintenance and repairs, ensuring cost-effective solutions
• Monitor consumption of spare parts, materials and tools for effective inventory management
• Collaborate with supply teams to ensure timely availability of required materials and equipment

7. Project Management:
• Lead or participate in engineering projects related to rig upgrades, equipment replacements, and implementation of new technologies
• Coordinate with various departments and contractors for rig projects and improvements
• Ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and within safety and regulatory requirements

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (mechanical, electrical, or related) or equivalent technical certification
• At least 8-10 years of experience in offshore drilling operations, with at least 3-5 years of experience in a senior engineering or supervisory role
• Strong technical knowledge of jack-up rig systems, including drilling equipment, mechanical systems, electrical systems, and automation
• Familiarity with marine industry standards and regulations (e.g. API, ISO, OHSAS) and safety principles
• Proficiency in the use of maintenance management software (CMMS) and MS Office applications
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Possess valid marine survival and health certifications (e.g. BOSIET, HUET)

Skills Desirable:
• Experience in advanced drilling systems, automation and rig upgrades
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage diverse teams
• Knowledge of rig certification and audit processes
• Experience in offshore operations in diverse areas or challenging conditions (e.g. deep water or severe weather conditions)

Working Conditions:
• Long offshore duty periods (typically 2-4 weeks on site, 2-4 weeks off)
• Exposure to harsh weather and marine environments
• Ability to work in confined spaces and at heights, as required by engineering or maintenance
