خلاصه موقعیت
متخصص شبکه IT مسئول نظارت بر طراحی ، اجرای و نگهداری شبکه فناوری اطلاعات و زیرساخت های شرکت است. این نقش ثبات ، یکپارچگی و عملکرد کارآمد سیستم های اطلاعاتی را که از کارکردهای اصلی سازمانی پشتیبانی می کنند ، تضمین می کند. این متخصص با فروشندگان خارجی مدیریت و هماهنگی خواهد کرد و از رعایت استانداردها و مقررات صنعت اطمینان می دهد. پشتیبانی از بازار/منطقه صلیب جریان به عنوان مثال ادغام شرکت ، کسب/واگذاری ، جابجایی سایت/دفتر با اولویت های بازار/تجاری
• پایداری (R): ارائه سطح 2 از زیرساخت های فناوری اطلاعات به عنوان مثال. سرورها ، ایستگاه کاری ، چاپگرها ، شبکه و غیره برای بهبود ، ساده سازی و استاندارد سازی فرآیندهای پشتیبانی از جهان. تشخیص حوادث مربوط به سیستم و تصحیح وضوح فوری. برای وضوح سطح بالاتر به جهان ISIT رسیدگی کنید. آثار را طبق برنامه ریزی شده / مطابق با توافق های سطح خدمات تکمیل کنید و الزامات تجاری را مطابق تعریف
• پایدار (R) برآورده کنید: به مدیر IT کمک کنید تا ورودی (توصیه و توجیهات جدید / جایگزینی) را برای برنامه ریزی بودجه IT (CAPEX و OPL) ارائه دهد. کنترل و کنترل هزینه جهانی در برابر بودجه مصوب
• اهرم (R): کار با Globe Isit و IT برای کاهش هزینه IT ، پیشنهاد و اجرای ابتکارات تأیید شده برای بهینه سازی کل هزینه های جهان در بازار
• اهرم (R-C): پشتیبانی از ابتکارات مربوط به آگاهی امنیتی در منطقه/منطقه را انجام دهید. (nce) به عنوان مثال رویکرد حذف زباله ، منجر به کاهش زمان خدمات و بهینه سازی فرآیند در تمام لایه های سازمان



چه چیزی شما را موفق می کند؟
• لیسانس علوم کامپیوتر/مهندسی یا مهندسی برق ؛ بیش از 5 سال تجربه در زیرساخت های فناوری اطلاعات ، امنیت IT ، شبکه و ارتباط از راه دور برای تجارت FMCG
• دانش خوب و درک زیرساخت های پیچیده فناوری اطلاعات از جمله مفاهیم سرور IS ، امنیت و W2K Concepts
• درک این موارد: تجربه کار با یک شرکت بین المللی ، قادر به مذاکره و برخورد با افراد خارج از بازار
• ترجیح - تجربه در مدیریت زیرساخت های فناوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات برای چند سایت ، شبکه های خارج از کشور و فناوری محاسبات ابری

Position Summary
The Network IT Specialist is responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and maintenance of the company’s IT network and infrastructure. This role ensures the stability, integrity, and efficient operation of the information systems that support core organizational functions. The Specialist will manage and coordinate with external vendors, and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.


A DAY IN THE LIFE …
• Deployment (R): Work with LGO, GLOBE IS/IT team and IT suppliers for the IT projects related to the installation & sustain of GWAN network, backup, Antivirus and other IT components in all sites in the market aligned with global IT standards & guidelines. Support market/region cross stream projects e.g. company merger, acquisition/divestiture, site/office relocation aligned with market/business priorities
• Sustain (R): Provide 2nd level of IT infrastructure supports e.g. Servers, Workstation, Printers, Network, etc. to improve, streamline and standardize GLOBE ISIT support processes. Diagnose system-related incidents and take correct for the immediate resolution; escalate to the GLOBE ISIT for higher level resolution. Complete the works as scheduled / in accordance with service level agreements and meets the business requirements as defined
• Sustain (R): Help IT manager Providing input (recommendation & justifications for new/replacement) for the IT budget (CAPEX and OPL) planning. Monitor and control GLOBE cost against the approved budget
• Leverage (R): Work with GLOBE ISIT and IT suppliers for the opportunity of IT cost reduction, propose and implement the approved initiatives to optimize total GLOBE ISIT cost in the market
• Leverage (R-C): Provide support to the initiatives related to IT Security Awareness within market/region
• Leverage (R): Ensure adherence to the principles and practices of Nestle Continuous Excellence (NCE) e.g. LEAN - waste elimination approach, leading to the reduction of service time and process optimization across all layers of the organization



What will make you successful?
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering or Electrical Engineering; More than 5 years’ experience in IT infrastructure, IT security, Network & Telecommunication for FMCG business
• Good knowledge & understanding of complex IT infrastructures including data center, network, security and W2K server concepts
• Understanding of the following: Microsoft Technologies, Application System Design, software development lifecycle, Database concept, Data Conversion, etc
• Good English level
• Project management experience is plus
• Preferable - Experience working with an international company, being able to negotiate and deal with people outside the market
• Preferable - Experience in managing IT infrastructure & Telecommunications for multi-sites, overseas networking and cloud computing technology
