Key Responsibilities

• Product Strategy & Roadmap: Develop and execute the product strategy and roadmap for the Code Learning app (Finca) with the overall goals of Transforming into a super learning App.
• Market Research & Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to understand global education & tech trends, competitive landscape, and user preferences. Use insights to identify opportunities for product differentiation and growth.
• Feature Management: Prioritize and plan features like gamified learning, coding challenges, discussion sections, profile achievements, and league systems. Ensure features align with user engagement and learning effectiveness.
• User Experience & Design: Collaborate with UX/UI teams to design an intuitive and user-friendly Learning experience that meets the needs of diverse user segments.
• Collaboration: Work with designers, developers, and data analysts to deliver new features and optimize existing ones. Facilitate effective communication between teams.
• Data-Driven Decisions: Use analytics tools and feedback channels to analyze feature performance, identify areas for improvement, and optimize the app experience to reduce churn and increase engagement.
• Customer Feedback: Gather and analyze user feedback to continuously improve the product and address pain points.
• Innovation & Growth: Stay ahead of industry trends and incorporate emerging technologies to enhance the learning experience.

Qualification

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.
• Experience: 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in an ed-tech, mobile app, or gamified learning environment.
• Technical Familiarity: Comfortable working with engineering teams on mobile app development, understanding coding languages, and app functionality.
• Product Management Skills: Demonstrated expertise in leading product discovery, roadmap planning, and cross-functional execution with engineering teams.
• Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with minimal supervision.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to details.
• Passion for Learning and Education: A strong interest in coding, gamified learning, or educational technology is a plus.
