ارائه مشاوره و راهنمایی در مورد روش های تحقیق، طراحی و اجرای انواع آنتن ها به ویژه آنتن های ارتباطی بی سیم.
ارائه مشاوره و راهنمایی در زمینه اجرا، تولید، تست و اندازه گیری انواع آنتن به ویژه آنتن های ارتباط بی سیم.
تحقیق و تحلیل سیستم های آنتن مخابراتی از نقطه نظر فنی.
برآورد زمان، هزینه و تلاش پروژه با کمک تیم توسعه.
تهیه گزارش محصول و فرآیند با جمع آوری، تجزیه و تحلیل و خلاصه کردن اطلاعات و روندها.
انجام پروژه های طراحی و توسعه با آموزش و هدایت خط تولید.
برای تکمیل تلاش تیمی با به دست آوردن نتایج مرتبط در صورت نیاز.
کنترل و بررسی محصولات شرکت و بازخورد مشتریان برای ایجاد تجربه ای جذاب و پاسخگو برای کاربران.
توسعه و بهبود فرآیندهای تولید با مطالعه محصول و روش های ساخت.
الزامات:

حداقل 3 سال سابقه مرتبط در طراحی و ساخت آنتن های مختلف.
حرفه ای در کار با نرم افزارهای مرتبط، به عنوان مثال. CST و HFSS.
تجربه کار در یک سازمان متوسط
تجربه قبلی به عنوان مهندس ساخت و ساز، مهندس آنتن یا نقش مشابه.
تجربه در روش های اندازه گیری آنتن.
تجربه در مدیریت تیم سخت افزار مخابراتی و مدیریت پروژه.
قادر به پیشنهاد آنتن و تهیه گزارش بررسی طراحی مرتبط با توجه به نیاز سیستم.
حداقل مدرک کارشناسی ارشد در رشته ارتباطات یا مهندسی موج.

• To provide advice and guidance on the research methodologies, design, and implementation of different types of antennas, especially wireless communication antennas.
• To provide advice and guidance on the implementation, production, testing, and measurement of different types of antennas, especially wireless communication antennas.
• To research and analyze the telecommunication antenna systems from the technical point of view.
• To estimate the time, cost, and efforts of the project with the help of the development team.
• To prepare product and process reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
• To complete design and development projects by training and guiding the production line.
• To complete team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• To control and check company products and customer feedback to create an attractive and responsive experience for the users.
• To develop and improve manufacturing processes by studying product and manufacturing methods.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in designing and fabricating different antennas.
• Professional in working with related software, e.g. CST and HFSS.
• Experience working in a medium organization.
• Previous experience as a manufacturing engineer, antenna engineer, or similar role.
• Experience in antenna measurement methods.
• Experience in telecom hardware team lead and project management.
• Able to propose antenna and prepare the associated design review report according to the system requirements.
• At least a Master's degree in Communications, or Wave Engineering.
