مسئولیت های اساسی:

• هماهنگی جلسات تقویم تقویم مدیران ، برنامه ریزی و مدیریت
• نوشتن و پیگیری مکاتبات اداری و بین المللی (فارسی و انگلیسی)
• تهیه گزارش ها ، ارائه ها و شکل جلسات مدیریت
• ارتباط مؤثر با مدیران داخلی ، مشتریان و شرکای خارجی
• پیگیری اجرای تصمیمات و پروژه های سازمانی
• هماهنگی هماهنگی سفر تجاری داخلی و خارجی
• تشریفات و پذیرایی دفتر مدیریت
• رعایت اصول محرمانه بودن و رفتار حرفه ای در همه تعاملی
• پیگیری امور محوله خارج از سازمان

شرایط احراز:

• مدرک لیسانس (مدیریت ، مهندسی صنایع ، اقتصاد ، معدن یا رشته های مرتبط)
• حداقل 5 سال تجربه کار مربوطه به عنوان مدیرعامل یا مدیر اجرایی
• تسلط بالای نرم افزار .Office (Word ، Excel ، PowerPoint)
• توانایی بالای برنامه ریزی ، اولویت بندی و مدیریت زمان
• مهارت عالی در نوشتن و ارتباط کلامی
• آشنایی خوب با انگلیسی (خواندن و نوشتن)
• رفتار سازمانی حرفه ای ، دقت بالا و پیگیری مداوم

We are expanding our expert and management team, and we are looking for a professional, motivated and reliable person for the role of the CEO to make the decision -making processes and organizational communication more coherent alongside the leadership team.

Basic responsibilities:
• Coordination of CEOs Calendar Calendar Meetings, Planning and Management
• Writing and pursuing administrative and international correspondence (Persian and English)
• Prepare reports, presentations and form of management sessions
• Effective communication with internal managers, customers and foreign partners
• Follow up on the implementation of organizational decisions and projects
• Coordination of domestic and foreign business travel coordination
• Observing the principles of confidentiality and professional behavior in all interactive
Conditions:
• Bachelor's degree (management, industrial engineering, economics, mining or related disciplines)
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience as the CEO or Executive Director
• High mastery of .Office (word, excel, powerpoint) software
• High ability to plan, prioritize and manage time
• Excellent skill in writing and verbal communication
• Good acquaintance with English (Reading & Writing)
• Professional organizational behavior, high accuracy and continuous follow -up
