Responsibilities:
Executive Support:
- Manage calendars, emails, and communications.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting materials.
- Coordinate meetings with partners, mentors, and program participants.
Business Development Support:
- Research potential partners, investors, and programs.
- Assist in outreach campaigns and follow-ups.
- Track and report business development opportunities.
Program Management:
- Support planning and execution of programs, events, and workshops.
- Track program metrics, deliverables, and progress.
- Coordinate cross-functional tasks between team members.
- Hold recurring meetings with program participants.
Financial & Administrative Support:
- Manage bookkeeping, expense tracking, and financial documentation.
- Prepare invoices, reimbursements, and financial reports.
- Maintain organized records and documentation.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Comfortable managing financial tracking and reporting.
- Experience in business development is a plus.
- Proficient in Excel, Google Workspace, and project management tools.
- Full proficiency in English (speaking, writing, and reading) is required.
