شرح شغل:

• تحقیق و تحلیل بازار برای شناسایی فرصت‌های جدید محصول.
• همکاری با تیم‌های فنی برای توسعه و بهبود محصول.
• ارائه پیشنهادات و راه‌حل‌های نوآورانه برای محصولات موجود.
• انجام وظایف مربوط به ارتباطات داخلی و خارجی برای اطمینان از تراز شدن محصولات با نیازهای بازار.
• پیگیری بازخورد مشتریان و ایجاد تغییرات مورد نیاز در محصولات.

شرایط احراز:

• آشنایی با پایگاه داده و گزارش‌گیری ار آن‌ها و تحلیل داده.
• مسلط به نظارت بر عملکرد تیم توسعه و آشنایی با تست نرم‌افزار.
• مسلط به تدوین، طراحی و مدلسازی فرایند.
• مسلط به تحقیقات روی محصولات نمونه‌های موفق خارجی.
• توانمند در برقراری ارتباط با ذینفعان مختلف محصول.
• مدرک تحصیلی در رشته‌های مهندسی صنایع، مدیریت یا فارغ‌التحصیل MBA.
• مسلط به مایکروسافت آفیس.
• توانایی کار تیمی و ارتباطات مؤثر.
• توانایی تحلیل و حل مسئله.

In "Paya Group Fakher Iranian" company, as a product specialist, you play an important role in the transportation and logistics industry. This position is based in Tehran and its primary focus is on product development and improvement. You collaborate with different teams to identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.

Responsibilities:
- Proficient in drafting - Process design and modeling
- Proficient in research on the products of successful foreign examples
-capable of communicating with different stakeholders of the product and identifying - analyzing - categorizing their needs

- market research and analysis to identify new product opportunities
- cooperation With technical teams for product development and improvement
- Provide suggestions and innovative solutions for existing products
- Perform internal and external communication tasks to ensure products are aligned with market needs
- Follow up on feedback customers and making the required changes in the products
-Familiar with databases - their reporting and data analysis
- Proficient in monitoring the performance of the development team and familiar with software testing


Qualifications:
- Has a degree in industrial engineering - MBA management
- Mastery of office skills
- Ability to work in a team and effective communication
- Has the ability to analyze and solve problems
