شرح شغل و مسئولیت‌ها:
- کنترل، طراحی و مستندسازی فرآیندها.
- تعریف شاخص‌های ارزیابی عملکرد (KPI)، تنظیم و نظارت بر اجرا و توسعه آن.
- مهندسی مجدد فرآیندها و ارائه راه‌حل.
- بررسی نیازهای نرم‌افزاری سازمان، شناسایی و پر کردن شکاف‌ها و ایجاد ایده‌های جدید.
- نظارت بر عملکرد و توسعه نرم‌افزارها و ابزارهای هوش تجاری.
- انجام ممیزی داخلی و تهیه گزارش‌های تحلیلی.
- پیاده‌سازی، کنترل، نظارت و نگهداری گواهینامه‌های ISO، مدیریت کیفیت و تعالی سازمانی.
- مدیریت فرآیند طراحی، توسعه و نگهداری داشبوردهای هوش تجاری.
- برنامه‌ریزی و راهبری فرآیند تدوین اقدامات و برنامه‌های بهبود سازمان.
- برنامه‌ریزی و راهبری فرآیند تدوین معیارها و شاخص‌های پایش فرآیندهای سازمان.
- پایش میزان تحقق اهداف مرتبط با معیارها و شاخص‌های پایش فرآیندهای سازمان و اعمال اقدامات بهبود و اصلاحی مورد نیاز.
- بررسی و نظارت بر تغییرات ساختار سازمانی به منظور اطمینان از انطباق با فرآیندها.
- نظارت بر عملکرد کارکنان در حسن اجرای برنامه‌ها، شرح وظایف و دستورالعمل‌ها.
شرایط احراز:
- مدرک کارشناسی یا کارشناسی ارشد در رشته‌های مهندسی صنایع، مدیریت یا فارغ‌التحصیل MBA.
- آشنایی با استانداردهای مدلسازی فرآیند مانند BPMS و BPMN.
- آشنایی با Visual Paradigm و Power BI.
- آشنایی با مدیریت پروژه.
- آشنایی با مدیریت ریسک.
- توانایی حل مسئله و کار تیمی.
Job Description and Responsibilities:
• Controlling, designing and documenting processes.

• Monitoring the performance and development of software and business intelligence tools

• Foot Creation, control, monitoring and maintenance of ISO certificates, quality management and organizational excellence.
• Management of the design process, development and maintenance of business intelligence dashboards
• Planning and management of the process of developing measures and organization improvement plans
• Program planning and guiding the process of developing criteria and indicators for monitoring the organization's processes

Required skills:
• Having a bachelor's or master's degree in industrial engineering, management or MBA
