کارشناس بازرگانی خارجی | Foreign Commercial Expert

مسئولیت‌ها و وظایف:

• انجام فرآیندهای واردات: شامل ثبت سفارش، پیگیری تامین‌کنندگان خارجی و هماهنگی‌های گمرکی.
• مذاکره با تامین‌کنندگان خارجی: برای بهبود شرایط تامین (قیمت، زمان تحویل و کیفیت).
• تهیه و تنظیم قراردادها و مدارک تجاری: مانند پروفرما، اعتبار اسنادی و سایر اسناد مرتبط با واردات.
• هماهنگی با واحدهای داخلی: از جمله تولید، مالی و انبار، برای تامین به‌موقع مواد اولیه و تجهیزات وارداتی.
• بررسی و تحلیل بازارهای خارجی: برای شناسایی تامین‌کنندگان جدید و انتخاب بهترین منابع تامین مواد اولیه.
• پیگیری امور گمرکی و مجوز های غذا و دارو : شامل ترخیص کالا و حل مشکلات احتمالی و در صورت نیاز مراجعه به سازمان‌های مربوطه.
• تهیه گزارش‌های دوره‌ای: مرتبط با خریدهای خارجی و ارائه به مدیر مستقیم.

شرایط احراز:

• تحصیلات: حداقل مدرک کارشناسی در رشته‌های مدیریت بازرگانی، اقتصاد، مدیریت صنعتی یا سایر رشته‌های مرتبط.
• تجربه کاری: حداقل 2 سال تجربه مرتبط در حوزه بازرگانی خارجی ترجیحاً در صنایع دارویی یا مکمل‌های غذایی.

مهارت‌ها:

• مسلط به سامانه NTSW و سامانه TTAC.
• آشنایی کامل با فرآیندهای واردات و قوانین تجارت بین‌الملل.
• مهارت در مذاکره و برقراری ارتباط مؤثر با تامین‌کنندگان خارجی.
• مسلط به مایکروسافت آفیس به ویژه اکسل.
• آشنایی با زبان انگلیسی در سطح حرفه‌ای (مکاتبات، مذاکره و درک اسناد تجاری).

Job Title: Foreign Trade Expert

Responsibilities and duties:
1. Carrying out import processes: including order registration, tracking foreign suppliers and customs coordination.
2. Mastering the NTSW system and the system TTAC
3. Negotiating with foreign suppliers: to improve supply conditions (price, delivery time and quality). Import.
5. Coordination with domestic units: including production, finance and warehouse, for timely supply of imported raw materials and equipment.
6. Review and analysis of foreign markets: to identify new suppliers and choose the best sources. Supply of raw materials.
7. Follow up on customs affairs and food and drug licenses: including clearance of goods and solving possible problems and if necessary refer to relevant organizations.
8. Preparation of periodical reports: related to purchases external and presented to the manager Directly.

Requirements and skills:
1. Education: at least bachelor's degree in business management, economics, industrial management or other related fields.
2. Work experience: at least 2 Years of related experience in the field of foreign trade, preferably in the pharmaceutical or food supplement industries.

3. Skills:
•Complete familiarity with import processes and international trade laws.
•Mastery of the system. NTSW and related processes order registration and customs.
• Skill in negotiation and effective communication with foreign suppliers.
• Proficiency in Office software, especially Excel.
• Familiarity with English at a professional level (correspondence, negotiation and understanding business documents).
