- Develop and implement export strategies to expand into new international markets.
- Manage and optimize the export process, ensuring full compliance with global trade regulations.
- Identify and establish strong relationships with international clients, distributors, and partners.
- Conduct market analysis to understand trends, competition, and growth opportunities.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and logistics with international buyers.
- Collaborate closely with production, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth export operations.
- Monitor and analyze export performance, providing insights for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in International Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in export management, preferably within the metals or mining industry.
- Strong knowledge of international trade laws, regulations, and logistics.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop data-driven export strategies.
- Proficiency in English and Russian.
- Knowledge of Arabic and Turkish is considered an advantage.
- Experience in the metals and mining industry is a hiring priority.
