مدیر بازرگانی | Trading Manager

گروه صنعتی صباح برای موقعیت مدیر بازرگانی به دنبال فردی با تجربه و مهارت‌های مرتبط با صادرات و واردات است. این موقعیت در سطح مدیریت عالی قرار دارد و در تهران مستقر است. وظیفه اصلی مدیریت و هماهنگی فرآیندهای خرید و تأمین کالاها به صورت بهینه و صادرات محصولات تولیدی می‌باشد.

Responsibilities:
- تدوین و اجرای استراتژی‌های بازرگانی مطابق با اهداف سازمان
- مدیریت فرآیندهای واردات و صادرات به گونه‌ای که هزینه‌ها به حداقل برسد و کیفیت به حداکثر برسد
- توسعه و نگه‌داشت روابط تجاری با تأمین‌کنندگان کلیدی و خریداران بالقوه بین المللی
- نظارت بر تیم‌های تأمین و فروش و هدایت آنها به سوی کارآیی بیشتر
- تحلیل و پیگیری روند بازار و ارائه گزارش‌های مدیریتی
- اطمینان از رعایت استانداردها و قوانین بازرگانی در تمامی معاملات

Qualifications:
- مدرک تحصیلی در رشته‌های مرتبط با تجارت، بازرگانی یا مدیریت
- تجربه کافی در بخش مدیریت بازرگانی با تمرکز بر FMCG
- مهارت‌های قوی در مذاکره و برقراری ارتباط
- توانایی کار در محیط پویا و مدیریت چندین پروژه همزمان
- آشنایی با قوانین و مقررات بین‌المللی تجارت

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement trading strategies to support company objectives.
- Manage the complete import and export process, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations.
- Identify and negotiate with suppliers to secure advantageous terms.
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize the supply chain and enhance efficiency.
- Monitor market trends to identify changes and emerging opportunities.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation for all trading activities.
- Lead and mentor the procurement team to maximize performance.
- Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers and regulatory bodies.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, or Management.
- Proven experience in a senior trading or procurement role within the FMCG sector.
- Strong skills related to export and import processes.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams effectively.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficient in analyzing market trends and data to make informed decisions.
