شرح شغل:
کنترل و نظارت فرآیندهای واردات خودرو
ارتقاء و توسعه روابط با مشتریان و تامین کنندگان خارجی
تحلیل بازارها و رقبا برای افزایش راندمان بازرگانی
مذاکرات و تجارت با شرکت ها و موسسات خارجی
هدایت و هماهنگی فعالیت های مربوط به صادرات محصولات
طراحی طرح های صادراتی مختلف برای فروش در جهت دستیابی به اهداف
مدیریت امور مربوط به حمل و نقل و مسائل گمرکی
پایش قوانین و مقررات بازرگانی بین المللی و تطبیق آنها با عملکرد شرکت
شناسایی تأمین‌کنندگان و مشتریان خارجی و توسعه شبکه فروش و تأمین
شرایط احراز:
دارای حداقل 5 سال سابقه کار در حوزه خودرو
مسلط به زبان انگلیسی
توانایی مدیریت تیم و رهبری
آشنایی کامل با فرآیندهای واردات، صادرات، LC، ضمانت‌نامه‌ها و قوانین گمرکی.
تسلط به مذاکره حرفه‌ای، مکاتبات تجاری و قراردادهای بین‌المللی (Incoterms 2020).
تسلط به سامانه جامع تجارت NTSW و سامانه EPL
تسلط به قوانین و اسناد تجاری در حوزه بین الملل
تسلط به امور مرتبط با اخذ مجوز صادرات و واردات
آشنایی با روش ها و امور مرتبط با تخصیص ارز
تسلط کامل بر تهیه اسناد واردات و ترخیص گمرکات، پیگیری تخصیص ارز ترجیحی و مبادله ای و رفع تعهد ارزی در بانکهای عامل
تسلط به سورسینگ و انتخاب تامین کنندگان بین المللی

Job description:
Control and supervision of car import processes
Improve and develop relationships with foreign customers and suppliers
Analyze markets and competitors to increase business efficiency
Negotiate and trade with foreign companies and institutions
Guide and coordinate activities related to exporting products
Design different export plans for sales in order to achieve goals
Management of transportation and customs issues
Monitoring trade laws and regulations internationalization and matching them with the company's performance
Identifying foreign suppliers and customers and developing a sales and supply network
Eligibility requirements:
Having at least 5 years of work experience in the automotive field
Proficient in English
Team management and leadership ability
Complete familiarity with import, export, LC processes, guarantees and customs laws.
Proficiency in professional negotiation, commercial correspondence and international contracts (Incoterms) 2020).
Mastery of NTSW comprehensive trade system and EPL system
Mastery of laws and commercial documents in the international field
Mastery of matters related to obtaining export and import licenses
Familiarity with methods and matters related to currency allocation
Complete mastery of preparation of import documents and customs clearance, follow-up of preferential and exchange currency allocation and clearing of foreign exchange obligations in operating banks
