 شرح وظایف:

• طراحیWireframe  و Mockup و نمونه‌های تعاملی (Fully Interactive Prototypes) متناسب با نیازهای کاربر و محصول.
• ایجاد و بهبود  Design System برای حفظ یکپارچگی طراحی در سراسر پلتفرم.
• اطمینان از تطابق طراحی‌ها با انتظارات کاربران، محدودیت‌های فنی و اهداف کسب‌وکار.
• شناسایی نقاط ضعف در طراحی‌های فعلی از طریق بازخورد کاربران و پیشنهاد بهبودهای کاربردی.
• همکاری با مدیر و مالک محصول  و تبدیل نیازهای محصول به طراحی های قابل اجرا برای پیاده‌سازی در تیم فنی.
• به‌روز بودن با آخرین ترندها و ابزارهای UI/UX و ادغام تکنیک‌های جدید در فرآیند طراحی.
• مشارکت در انجامUser Interviews ، A/B Testing و تحلیل رقبا برای استفاده در تصمیمات طراحی.
• تطبیق طراحی‌ها با User Personas و انجام Journey Mapping برای رفع کاستی‌های تجربه کاربری.
• همکاری نزدیک با توسعه‌دهندگان برای از بین بردن فاصله بین طراحی و پیاده‌سازی.
• مشارکت فعال در جلسات Agile برای اطمینان از تحویل روان وظایف طراحی.

شرایط احراز:

مهارت‌های طراحی:

• تسلط کامل به ابزارهایی مانند Figma برای طراحیWireframe ، نمونه‌های High-Fidelity و سیستم‌های طراحی مقیاس‌پذیر.
• آشنایی عمیق با اصول طراحی شاملHierarchy ،Typography ، Color Theory و  Interaction Design برای ایجاد رابط‌های کاربری روان و جذاب.
• آشنایی با تبدیل User Journey‌ به طراحی‌ UI/UX کاربردی و قابل دسترس که استانداردهای Usability را رعایت کند.

 مهارت‌های حل مسئله:

• توانایی تحلیلUser Flow، پرسونا و مشکلات کاربران برای طراحی قابلیت‌هایی که مشکلات دنیای واقعی را حل کند.
• توانایی استفاده از Usability Test و نتایج تحقیقات برای اصلاح و بهینه‌سازی طراحی‌ها.
• توانایی استفاده از ابزارهای هوش مصنوعی برای بهبود فرآیندها، ایده‌پردازی و تحقیقات.

 مهارت‌های تیمی:

• آشنایی با اصول اجایل و توانایی عملکرد در چارچوب اسکرام.
• توانایی مشارکت در سازماندهی و اولویت‌بندی وظایف و تحویل به موقع طراحی‌های دقیق و بی‌نقص (Pixel-Perfect Designs).
• توانایی همکاری فعال با تیم‌های Cross-Functional محصول، توسعه و QA) برای اطمینان از امکان‌پذیری طراحی‌ها و تطابق آن‌ها با اهداف کسب‌وکار).

 مهارت‌های تجربی:

• حداقل دو سال سابقه کاری به عنوان طراح UI/UX یا طراح محصول همراه با یک نمونه‌کار قوی و مرتبط.
• تجربه در انجام Competitive Benchmarking و UX Audit برای تأیید و بهبود تصمیمات طراحی.
• تجربه قبلی در حوزه محصولات مالی یا محصولات مرتبط با حوزه ارزهای دیجیتال مزیت محسوب می‌شود.

We are looking for a UI/UX designer in the knowledge base of tomorrow's exchange platform (Tetherland, Dubai Ticket, TicketFa) to join our product team and bring user experience to a new level in Tetherland.

< br> Description of duties:

· designing wireframe, mockup and interactive prototypes (fully interactive prototypes) according to user and product needs

· creating and improving the design system to maintain the integrity of the design throughout Platform

· Ensuring designs match user expectations, technical constraints, and business goals

· Identifying weaknesses in current designs through user feedback and suggesting functional improvements

br>· Collaborate with the product manager and owner and transform product requirements into workable designs for implementation in the technical team

· Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends and tools and integrate new techniques into the design process

· Participation in conducting user interviews, A/B testing and analysis of competitors for use in design decisions

· matching designs with user personas and doing journey mapping to eliminate user experience deficiencies

· working closely with developers to eliminate the gap between Design and Implementation

· Active participation in Agile meetings to ensure smooth delivery of design tasks

Requirements:

Design Skills:

· Thorough mastery To tools like Figma for wireframe design, examples high-fidelity and scalable design systems.

· In-depth knowledge of design principles including hierarchy, typography, color theory and interaction design to create smooth and attractive user interfaces.

· Converting user journey to practical and accessible UI/UX design that meets usability standards.

Problem Solving Skills:

· Analyze user flow, personas and user problems to design features that solve real world problems.

· Using usability test and research results to modify and optimize designs.

· Ability to use artificial intelligence tools to improve processes, ideation and research.

Team skills:

· Familiar with agile principles and the ability to work in the Scrum framework.

· Participation in organizing and prioritizing tasks and timely delivery of detailed designs and Pixel-perfect designs. Active collaboration with cross-functional teams (product, development, and QA) to ensure feasibility of designs and their alignment with business goals.
Practical skills:

· Min 2 years of work experience as a UI/UX designer or product designer, along with a strong and relevant portfolio.

· Experience in conducting competitive benchmarking and UX audit to verify and improve design decisions.

· Previous experience in the field of financial products or products related to digital currencies is an advantage.
