UX Researcher

What you’ll be doing
Recruiting participants and Conduct research on multiple aspects of products and experiences.
Collect and analyze user behavior through interviews, usability testings, contextual inquiries, field visits, surveys, benchmark studies and server logs.
Contribute to product improvements in your area of coverage, by collaborating closely with designers and engineers.
Making actionable suggestions to optimize the user experience based on research findings, ensuring the service portal and other tools are intuitive and effective
Regularly assessing the user experience to identify areas for improvement, ensuring our support tools consistently meet high standards of usability and satisfaction
Work with Designers, Product Managers, Engineers, and other UX Researchers (UXRs) to prioritize research opportunities in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.

What we are looking for:
Skilled qualitative interviewer who knows when to keep asking why.
Experienced in tactical UX research methods such as usability testing, concept testing.
Skilled at including other stakeholders in the research process (e.g. during interviews or analysis workshops).
Proficiency in data analysis and user research tools.
You get others to understand the point of the research and what actions can be taken.
Familiarity with user-centered design principles and practices.
Thrive in collaborative, fast-paced environments and can adapt to changing priorities.
You are not afraid to ask questions and take feedback well. You have a desire to learn.
You have a natural curiosity and enjoy talking to people.

Nice to Have:
BA/BS or MA/MS in Cognitive Science, Psychology, Anthropology or Industrial Design.
Certification from a UX program.
Experience with remote testing tools.
Familiarity with SaaS products and/or eCommerce.
