About the Role
As a UX Researcher, you will be responsible for uncovering deep insights into user behaviors, needs, and motivations through both qualitative and quantitative research methods. Your findings will play a critical role in shaping product decisions to ensure they are driven by real user data—not assumptions.
Responsibilities
- Planning and conducting UX research activities such as usability testing, user interviews, surveys, and field studies.
- Synthesizing and analyzing qualitative and quantitative data to generate actionable insights.
- Presenting research findings in clear, structured formats aligned with the product development timeline.
- Collaborating closely with product managers, designers, and developers to ensure research is integrated into every stage of product development.
- Proactively identifying research opportunities based on product goals, user pain points, and business needs.
- Advocating for user-centered design by bringing the voice of the user into team discussions and strategic decisions.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of UX research experience.
- A strong, empathetic, user-centered mindset combined with critical thinking skills.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data into clear, actionable insights.
- Solid knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methods.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Excellent time-management skills.
- Experience with data analysis tools (such as analytics dashboards or query writing) is a bonus.
