**شرح کلی نقش:**

ما در حال گذر از یک مرحله بزرگ مهاجرت فنی از معماری قدیمی به Next.js و .NET Core هستیم. در حال حاضر، سایت ما با وجود پتانسیل بالای معماری جدید، با یک گلوگاه عملکرد حیاتی در سطح زیرساخت (L3 تا L7) مواجه است. وظیفه اصلی شما، شناسایی، رفع و جلوگیری از تکرار تأخیرهای غیرقابل قبول در TTFB، تضمین پایداری وب‌سرور، و بهینه‌سازی کامل لایه‌های رمزنگاری و شبکه خواهد بود.

ما به دنبال کسی هستیم که بتواند TTFB سایت ما را به طور پایدار به زیر 150 میلی‌ثانیه برساند.

**شایستگی‌های فنی مورد نیاز (Focus Areas):**

متقاضی باید تسلط عمیقی بر حوزه‌های زیر داشته باشد:

**1. مدیریت عملکرد و شبکه (Critical Performance)**

* تشخیص پیشرفته گلوگاه: توانایی بالا در استفاده از ابزارهایی چون Wireshark، WebPageTest، و Chrome DevTools برای تحلیل دقیق زمان‌بندی (Timing) و تشخیص دقیق منشاء تأخیر.
* پروتکل‌های شبکه: درک عمیق از پروسه‌ی TCP Handshake و عیب‌یابی مشکلات تأخیر در لایه‌های پایین (مانند مشکل تأخیر 325 میلی‌ثانیه‌ای Initial Connection که در حال حاضر در Hetzner داریم).
* Traceroute/Ping Analysis: مهارت در تحلیل نتایج Traceroute و Ping برای ایزوله کردن تأخیر بین ISP، دیتاسنتر Hetzner، و ماشین سرور.

**2. بهینه‌سازی وب‌سرور و رمزنگاری (SSL/TLS Expert)**

* پیکربندی Nginx/Apache: تسلط کامل بر تنظیمات حرفه‌ای وب‌سرور برای بهینه‌سازی، کشینگ و جلوگیری از Queueing.
* SSL/TLS Performance: تجربه عملی در بهینه‌سازی و سخت‌سازی پروتکل‌های SSL. توانایی حذف تأخیرهای مربوط به SSL Handshake (مانند مشکل فعلی 318 میلی‌ثانیه‌ای).
* اولویت‌بندی TLS: توانایی پیکربندی وب‌سرور برای اولویت‌دهی به TLS 1.3 و فعال‌سازی SSL Session Cache.

**3. پایداری و معماری (Reliability Engineering)**

* فایروال و امنیت لایه 7: درک عملی از تأثیر WAF (Web Application Firewalls) و ماژول‌های امنیتی (مانند ModSecurity) بر TTFB. توانایی بهینه‌سازی یا جایگزینی این ماژول‌ها برای جلوگیری از کندی پردازش (275 میلی‌ثانیه‌ای).
* مدیریت فرآیند (Process Management): تخصص در تنظیمات PHP-FPM و Worker Processes در Nginx برای تضمین پایداری و حذف نوسانات TTFB (Queueing).
* CI/CD و مانیتورینگ: تجربه در پیاده‌سازی ابزارهای مانیتورینگ عملکرد (APM) و لاگینگ برای شناسایی مشکلات سرور در لحظه.

**مزیت ترجیحی (Bonus Points):**

Job announcement: Senior Performance and Infrastructure Optimization Engineer (DevOps/SRE)

**Job Title: Senior Performance & Reliability Engineer**

**Overall role description:**

We are going through a big phase of technical migration from the old architecture to Next.js and .NET Core. Currently, our site faces a critical performance bottleneck at the infrastructure level (L3 to L7), despite the high potential of the new architecture. Your main task will be to identify, fix and prevent the recurrence of unacceptable delays in TTFB, ensure the stability of the web server, and fully optimize the encryption and network layers. Performance management and network (Critical Performance) **

* Advanced bottleneck diagnosis: high ability to use tools such as Wireshark, WebPageTest, and Chrome DevTools for accurate timing analysis and accurate diagnosis of the origin of delay.
* Network protocols: deep understanding of the TCP Handshake process and troubleshooting delay problems at lower layers (such as the 325 millisecond Initial Connection delay problem that we currently have at Hetzner).
* Traceroute/Ping Analysis: Skill in analyzing Traceroute and Ping results to isolate latency between ISP, Hetzner datacenter, and server machine.

**2. Web server optimization and encryption (SSL/TLS Expert)**

* Nginx/Apache configuration: complete mastery of professional web server settings for optimization, caching and preventing Queueing.
* SSL/TLS Performance: practical experience in optimizing and hardening SSL protocols. Ability to remove delays related to SSL Handshake (such as the current problem of 318 milliseconds).
* TLS prioritization: ability to configure the web server to prioritize TLS 1.3 and enable SSL Session Cache.

**3. Reliability Engineering**

* Firewall and Layer 7 Security: A practical understanding of the impact of WAF (Web Application Firewalls) and security modules (such as ModSecurity) on TTFB. The ability to optimize or replace these modules to prevent slow processing (275 milliseconds).
* Process Management: Expertise in PHP-FPM and Worker Processes settings in Nginx to ensure stability and eliminate TTFB fluctuations (Queueing).
* CI/CD and Monitoring: Experience in implementing performance monitoring (APM) and logging tools to identify server problems in real time.

** Preferred advantage (Bonus Points):**

* Experience working with Hetzner data center and its dedicated network tools.
* Familiarity with the principles of SRE (Site Reliability Engineering).
* Experience working in .NET Core and Next.js environments.
