مدیر آزمایشگاه (رنگ مایع) | Laboratory Manager (Liquid Paint)

شرح شغل:

• تهیه و تنظیمTDS جهت محصولات تولیدی.
• کنترل و نظارت بر نحوه عملکرد پرسنل آزمایشگاه.
• ساخت نمونه‌های جدید مطابق نیازمندی مشتریان و انجام تحقیق و توسعه بر روی محصولات و مواد اولیه جدید.
• ثبت وتحلیل داده‌های مرتبط با کیفیت و حفظ و ارتقاء نظام تضمین کیفیت.
• تهیه و ارائه گزارش‌های مرتبط با کیفیت و تحقیق و توسعه به مدیریت سازمان.
• بازنگری فرمول‌های قدیمی به منظور بهبود کیفیت تأمین نیازمندی‌های جدید مشتریان و رفع مشکلات ساختاری این فرمول.
• رفع مشکلات به‌وجود آمده در حین تولید رنگ اعم از فرمولاسیون، فام‌سازی و غیره.

شرایط احراز:

• مسلط به تست‌های آزمایشگاهی.
• مسلط به آزمون‌های شیمیایی برای تست مواد اولیه و محصولات تولیدی در حوزه رنگ‌‌های صنعتی و ساختمانی.
• مسلط به استانداردهایIATF ،ISO 17025 ،ISO9001 و پاسخگویی به ممیز خارج از سازمان.
• ترجیحأ مسلط به نرم‌افزار راهکاران سیستم.
• حداقل پانزده سال سابقه کاری در حوزه مرتبط.

Proficient in IATF, ISO 17025, ISO9001 standards and responding to external auditors
Control and Monitoring the performance of laboratory personnel
Making new samples according to customer requirements and conducting research and development on new products and raw materials
Recording and analyzing data related to quality and maintaining and improving the guarantee system Quality
preparation and presentation of reports related to quality and research and development to organization management
preferably proficient in system solutions software
preparation and adjustment of TDS for manufactured products
revision of old formulas in order to improve supply quality New requirements of customers and solving the structural problems of this formula
