شرح شغل:

• بررسی و آماده‌سازی تمامی قراردادهای تجاری.
• رسیدگی به استعلامات دریافتی از سوی مراجع قضایی، شبه قضایی و نظارتی.
• حصول اطمینان از دریافت قراردادها، دسترسی و امنیت تمامی قراردادها.
• تهیه نمونه قراردادهای مورد نیاز شرکت از قبیل پیمانکاری، استخدامی و پیش‌بینی نکات لازم در مفاد قراردادها
• ایجاد پایگاه داده برای قراردادهای تهیه شده.
• کنترل و دقت در رعایت موازین حقوقی در قراردادهای تنظیمی بین شرکت و اشخاص حقیقی و حقوقی و اطمینان از رعایت مصالح کلی و منافع حقوقی شرکت و پیشگیری از هر نوع خسارت و جرائم ناشی از موارد حقوقی.

شرایط احراز:

• فارغ‌التحصیل رشته حقوق.
• آشنایی کافی با قانون تجارت، آئین نامه ها و تبصره های مربوطه.
• مسلط به تنظیم قراردادهای خرید، پیمانکاری، مشاوره و غیره.
• مسلط به امور ثبت شرکت‌ها
• آشنایی مناسب با فرآیند مناقصه و مزایده.
• آشنایی مناسب با تجارت بین‌الملل.
• توانایی برقراری ارتباطات مؤثر.
• دقیق و پیگیر.
• روحیه کار تیمی.

- Reviewing and preparing all commercial contracts
- Dealing with inquiries received from judicial, quasi-judicial and regulatory authorities
- Ensuring the receipt of contracts, access and security of all contracts
- Preparation of sample contracts required by the company such as contracting, employment, etc. and predicting the necessary points in the provisions of the contracts
- creating a database for the prepared contracts
- control and accuracy in observing the legal standards in the regulatory contracts between the company and natural and legal persons and Ensuring compliance with the general interests and legal interests of the company and prevention of any type of damage and crimes arising from legal cases
- Law graduate
- Sufficient familiarity with commercial law, regulations and related notes
- Proficient in arranging purchase contracts, contracting, consulting, etc.
- Proficient in company registration
- Appropriate familiarity with the bidding and auction process
- Appropriate familiarity with international trade
- Ability to establish Effective communication
