کارشناس تحلیل و برنامه ریزی مالی | Financial Planning and Analysis Analyst

شرح شغل:

• تهیه و تدوین پیش‌نویس بودجه سالیانه با همکاری واحدهای مرتبط به منظور ایجاد تصویری واقع‌گرایانه از نیازهای مالی و اولویت‌های سازمان.
• تحلیل عملکرد مالی دوره‌ای و مقایسه با بودجه مصوب برای شناسایی انحرافات و ارائه پیشنهادهای اصلاحی به سطوح تصمیم‌گیری.
• بررسی، امکانسنجی، تحلیل و تهیه طرح های تجاری و تبیین توجیه اقتصادی طرح (مدل‌سازی مالی و انجام تحلیل‌های پیش‌بینی جهت شبیه‌سازی سناریوهای مالی مختلف و پشتیبانی از سیاست‌گذاری اقتصادی سازمان).
• تهیه گزارش‌های تحلیلی و داشبوردهای مدیریتی برای مدیران ارشد برای ارتقاء شفافیت و تسهیل فرآیند تصمیم‌گیری در حوزه مالی و سرمایه‌گذاری.
• پایش مستمر شاخص‌های کلیدی مالی و اقتصادی سازمان با هدف پایدارسازی وضعیت مالی و بهینه‌سازی روند تخصیص منابع.
• بررسی و تحلیل پیشنهادهای مالی و اقتصادی از واحدهای دیگر سازمان برای اطمینان از هم‌راستایی با اهداف کلان و منابع موجود سازمان.
• همکاری با واحد مالی برای به‌روزرسانی اطلاعات و مستندات بودجه‌ای به منظور هم‌راستایی داده‌ها و تحلیل‌ها.
• تعامل مؤثر با دیگر واحدهای سازمان (مانند منابع انسانی و فناوری اطلاعات) جهت دریافت اطلاعات مورد نیاز برای تحلیل‌های دقیق‌تر و برنامه‌ریزی فراگیر.
• پشتیبانی از فرآیندهای کنترل داخلی مرتبط با برنامه‌ریزی و تحلیل مالی برای اطمینان از انطباق با رویه‌ها و جلوگیری از اشتباه یا سوءاستفاده مالی.

Preparing and drafting the annual budget in collaboration with relevant units to create a realistic image of financial needs and priorities of the organization
periodic financial performance analysis and comparison with the approved budget to identify deviations and submit corrective suggestions to the decision -making levels
review, feasibility, analysis and preparation of business planning, and commercial schemes, and economic analysis of the plan. Management dashboards for senior executives to enhance transparency and facilitate the process of financial and investment decision -making
Continuous monitoring of key financial and economic indicators of the organization aimed at stabilizing financial status and optimizing the process of allocation of resources
review and analyzing financial and economic offers from other organizations to ensure the organization's intelligence and resources.
Effective Interaction with other organizations (such as human resources, information technology, etc.) to get information needed for more accurate analysis and comprehensive planning
Support internal control processes related to planning and financial analysis to ensure adaptation of procedures and prevent misuse or financial abuse
