تستر وب و اپلیکیشن | Web and App Tester

ما به دنبال یک تستر حرفه‌ای برای بررسی و ارزیابی جامع وب‌اپلیکیشن‌ها و اپلیکیشن‌های موبایل هستیم. این نقش شامل شناسایی و مستندسازی مشکلات ظاهری، عملکردی و ایرادات در ارتباطات API است. هدف اصلی این موقعیت، تضمین کیفیت و ارائه محصولی با بالاترین استانداردهای ممکن است.

وظایف و مسئولیت‌ها:

• تست عملکرد، تجربه کاربری (UX/UI)، و ظاهر در وب‌اپلیکیشن و اپلیکیشن موبایل.
• شناسایی و گزارش مشکلات ارتباطی و عملکردی در APIها با ابزارهایی مانند Postman یا Swagger.
• بررسی سازگاری وب‌اپلیکیشن با مرورگرهای مختلف (Cross-Browser Testing).
• اجرای سناریوهای تست واقعی برای ارزیابی عملکرد در شرایط مختلف (مانند تست بارگذاری).
• شناسایی و مستندسازی ایرادات و باگ‌ها و ارائه گزارش دقیق به تیم توسعه.
• تست ویژگی‌های جدید و اعتبارسنجی رفع باگ‌های قبلی.
• استفاده از ابزارهای تست خودکار برای تست وب و موبایل.
• اجرای تست‌های عملکردی (Functional)، غیرعملکردی (Non-Functional)، و امنیتی برای اطمینان از کیفیت محصول.
• تهیه و ارائه گزارش‌های دوره‌ای از وضعیت تست‌ها به تیم مدیریت.

شرایط احراز:

• حداقل دو سال تجربه کاری در حوزه تست وب و اپلیکیشن.
• آشنایی کامل با ابزارهای تست API مانند Postman یا Swagger.
• آشنایی با سیستم‌عامل‌های Android، iOS و مرورگرهای مختلف.
• آشنایی با ابزارهای مدیریت پروژه و باگ مانند Jira، Trello.
• توانایی تست در محیط‌های Front-end و Back-end و بررسی تعاملات میان آن‌ها.
• تجربه در تست وب‌اپلیکیشن‌ها برای سازگاری با مرورگرهای مختلف (Chrome، Firefox، Safari، Edge).
• توانایی تحلیل مشکلات و ارائه راه‌حل‌های مؤثر.
• دقت بالا در مستندسازی و تهیه گزارش‌ها.
• آشنا با اصول UX/UI برای شناسایی مشکلات ظاهری و کاربردی.
• تجربه کار با ابزارهای تست خودکار (مانند Selenium یا Cypress) مزیت محسوب می‌شود.
• روحیه تیمی، انعطاف‌پذیری و مسئولیت‌پذیری.

We are looking for a professional tester for comprehensive review and evaluation of web applications and mobile applications. This role involves identifying and documenting appearance, performance, and bugs in API communications. The main objective of this position is to ensure quality and deliver a product of the highest possible standards.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Test performance, user experience (UX/UI), and appearance in web applications and Mobile application.
Identifying and reporting communication and performance problems in APIs with tools such as Postman or Swagger.
Checking the compatibility of the web application with different browsers (Cross-Browser Testing). Various conditions (such as testing loading).
Identifying and documenting defects and bugs and providing detailed reports to the development team.
Testing new features and validating previous bug fixes.
Using automated testing tools for web and mobile testing.< br>Performing functional, non-functional, and security tests to ensure product quality.
Preparing and presenting periodic reports on the status of tests to the management team.

Conditions Qualification:

At least 2 years of work experience in the field of web and application testing.
Complete familiarity with API testing tools such as Postman or Swagger.
Familiarity with Android, iOS operating systems and different browsers.
Familiarity with project and bug management tools such as Jira, Trello. Ability to test in Front-end and Back-end environments and check interactions between them. Experience in testing web applications for compatibility with different browsers. (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge).
Ability to analyze problems and provide effective solutions. .
Experience with automated testing tools (such as Selenium or Cypress) is an advantage.

Full time (Saturday to Wednesday 9:00 a.m 17:30).
