• اجرای استراتژی‌های خرید برای کاهش هزینه‌ها و بهبود کارایی.
• مدیریت فرآیندهای خرید و تدارکات برای تمام بخش‌های شرکت.
• شناسایی و ارزیابی تامین‌کنندگان جدید و موجود.
• مذاکره با تامین‌کنندگان برای حصول اطمینان از بهترین قیمت و شرایط.
• حفظ روابط موثر با تامین‌کنندگان.
• نظارت بر عملکرد تامین‌کنندگان و ارائه گزارش‌های مرتبط.
• پیگیری و مدیریت موجودی کالاها و مواد مورد نیاز.
• اطمینان از تطابق فعالیت‌ها با سیاست‌ها و مقررات شرکت.

شرایط احراز:

• تجربه کار در خرید و تدارکات ترجیحاً در صنعت موتورسیکلت و یا خودرو.
• توانایی مذاکره و برقراری ارتباط موثر با تامین‌کنندگان.
• مهارت‌های تحلیلی و حل مسئله قوی.
• توانایی مدیریت زمان و اولویت‌بندی وظایف.
• آشنایی با اصول و مقررات مرتبط با خرید و تدارکات.

Nikran Motor Pasargad Company, which operates in the motorcycle industry, is looking for a Head of Internal Procurement to coordinate all purchasing and procurement activities. This job position requires someone who can optimize purchasing processes and select the right suppliers.

Responsibilities:

- Implement purchasing strategies to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
- Manage procurement and procurement processes for all company departments
- Identify and evaluate new and existing suppliers
- Negotiate with suppliers to ensure the best price and terms
- Establish and maintain relationships effective with suppliers
- monitor the performance of suppliers and provide related reports
- track and manage inventory of goods and materials needed

- Bachelor degree or higher in management, commerce or business

- Familiarity with principles and regulations related to purchasing and procurement
