شرح شغل و مسئولیت‌ها:

تدوین و اجرای استراتژی‌های کلی سازمان:

• ایجاد نقشه راه روشن جهت هدایت خط تولید به سمت اهداف بلندمدت، از جمله استراتژی‌های رشد بازار، تنوع محصول و بهبود بهره‌وری.
• اطمینان از همسویی تمام بخش‌ها و عملیات کارخانه با اهداف استراتژیک تعیین‌شده.
• ارزیابی مداوم بازار، رقبا و تکنولوژی‌ها و ایجاد استراتژی‌های رقابتی جدید برای حفظ و گسترش سهم بازار.

بهینه‌سازی فرآیندهای تولید:

• اعمال سیاست‌های تولید ناب (Lean Manufacturing) برای افزایش بهره‌وری و کاهش ضایعات.

رهبری و توسعه سازمانی:

• تقویت فرهنگ سازمانی و ایجاد محیطی که نوآوری، کار تیمی و بهره‌وری را تقویت کند.
• نظارت بر تحولات داخلی و خارجی و هدایت مجموعه در زمان تغییرات بزرگ، از جمله تغییرات فناوری، قوانین و نیازهای بازار.

مدیریت مالی و بودجه‌ریزی:

• ایجاد بودجه‌های دقیق و کاربردی و مدیریت منابع مالی برای دستیابی به سودآوری پایدار.
• ظارت بر تحلیل‌های مالی، پیش‌بینی درآمد و هزینه‌ها و تنظیم استراتژی‌های کاهش ریسک مالی.
• ارزیابی و تصمیم‌گیری در مورد پروژه‌های سرمایه‌گذاری جدید، ارتقای تجهیزات و توسعه ظرفیت تولید با توجه به نرخ بازدهی.

کنترل کیفیت و تضمین تطابق با استانداردها:

• ایجاد سیستم‌های مدیریت کیفیت (QMS) جهت اطمینان از همخوانی محصولات تولیدی با استانداردها و مشتریان.
• ارزیابی عملکرد شرکت بر اساس شاخص‌های کنترلی (OKR و KPI) استاندارد مختلف.

6. توسعه و مدیریت نوآوری:

• ایجاد و هدایت استراتژی‌های تحقیق و توسعه برای بهبود محصولات، فرآیندها و تکنولوژی‌های جدید.
• مدیریت بهره‌گیری از تکنولوژی‌هایی مانند اتوماسیون، دیجیتالی‌سازی و تحلیل داده‌ها برای بهبود کارایی و انعطاف‌پذیری تولید.

مدیریت ریسک و انطباق با قوانین:

• ارزیابی و مدیریت ریسکهای صنعتی مختلف شامل ریسکهای مالی، عملیاتی و محیط زیستی و تدوین استراتژی‌های لازم برای مقابله با بحران‌های احتمالی مانند نوسانات قیمت مواد اولیه، تحریم‌ها و یا تغییرات در تقاضای بازار.
• اطمینان از انطباق کامل عملیات با تمامی مقررات و استانداردهای ایمنی، بهداشتی و محیط زیستی مربوط به صنعت.

ایجاد و تقویت روابط تجاری:

• مذاکره و مدیریت قراردادهای کلیدی با تأمین‌کنندگان، مشتریان و شرکای تجاری و حفظ و تقویت روابط پایدار و مبتنی بر اعتماد با ذی‌نفعان.
• توسعه بازارهای جدید و ایجاد استراتژی‌های فروش و بازاریابی برای افزایش دسترسی به مشتریان جدید.

رهبری در مدیریت منابع انسانی:

• جذب و حفظ نیروی کار متخصص و نظارت بر طراحی برنامه‌های توسعه فردی و سازمانی.
• ایجاد سیستم‌های پاداش‌دهی، انگیزش و ارزیابی عملکرد به‌منظور ارتقای بهره‌وری و رضایت کارکنان.

گزارش‌دهی و تعامل با هیئت‌ مدیره:

• ارائه گزارش‌های منظم به هیات‌ مدیره درباره وضعیت عملکرد، پیشرفت استراتژی‌ها و برنامه‌های مالی.

پیش‌نیازها:

• مسلط بر اصول مالی شرکت و مدیریت عملکرد.
• تفکر سیستمی و استراتژیک و انتقادی بالا.
• مسلط به تحلیل و بررسی صورت‌های مالی OKR و KPI.
• تسلط عمیق به حاکمیت شرکت‌ها و بهترین شیوه‌های مدیریت عمومی.
• مسلط به اتوماسیون اداری.
• پانزده سال سابقه کار و حداقل دارای پنج سال سابقه کار مفید در سمت مدیرعامل.
• سابقه مدیریت در صنایع تولیدی.
• مدرک تحصیلی در رشته‌های مدیریت بازرگانی، مدیریت کسب‌وکار، مهندسی صنایع، اقتصاد یا مهندسی مکانیک. 
• سطح بالاتر از حد متوسط در زبان انگلیسی.

Job description and responsibilities:
1. Formulation and implementation of general strategies of the organization
• Creating a clear roadmap to guide the production line towards long-term goals, including market growth strategies, product diversification and productivity improvement.
• Ensuring the alignment of all departments and plant operations with the set strategic goals.
• Constantly evaluating the market, competitors and technologies and creating new competitive strategies to maintain and expand market share.
2. Optimizing production processes: applying lean manufacturing policies to increase productivity and reduce waste.
3. Organizational leadership and development
• Strengthening organizational culture and creating an environment that fosters innovation, teamwork and productivity.
• Overseeing internal and external developments and guiding the portfolio in times of major changes, including changes in technology, laws and market needs.
4. Financial management and budgeting
• Creating accurate and practical budgets and managing financial resources to achieve sustainable profitability. Also monitoring financial analysis, forecasting income and expenses and setting financial risk reduction strategies.
• Evaluating and deciding on new investment projects, upgrading equipment and developing production capacity according to the rate of return.
5. Quality control and ensuring compliance with standards
• Creating quality management systems (QMS) to ensure the conformity of manufactured products with standards and customers.
• Evaluation of the company's performance based on control indicators (OKR, KPI) of different standards
6. Innovation development and management
• Creating and directing research and development strategies to improve new products, processes and technologies.
• Managing the use of technologies such as automation, digitization and data analysis to improve production efficiency and flexibility.
7. Risk management and compliance with laws
• Assessing and managing various industrial risks including financial, operational and environmental risks and formulating necessary strategies to deal with possible crises such as price fluctuations of raw materials, sanctions or changes in market demand.
• Ensuring full compliance of operations with all safety, health and environmental regulations and standards related to the industry.
8. Establishing and strengthening business relationships
• Negotiating and managing key contracts with suppliers, customers and business partners and maintaining and strengthening stable and trust-based relationships with stakeholders.
• Developing new markets and creating sales and marketing strategies to increase access to new customers.
9. Leadership in human resource management
• Recruiting and maintaining expert workforce and supervising the design of individual and organizational development programs.
• Establishing reward, motivation and performance evaluation systems in order to improve employee productivity and satisfaction.
10. Reporting and interaction with the board of directors
• Providing regular reports to the board of directors about performance status, progress of strategies and financial plans.

Prerequisites:
• Master the principles of corporate finance and performance management
• Having systemic, strategic and high critical thinking
• Proficient in analyzing and reviewing financial statements, OKR and KPI
• Deep understanding and mastery of corporate governance and best public management practices
• Proficient in office automation

Qualifying conditions:
• 15 years of work experience and at least 5 years of useful work experience as CEO
• Management experience in manufacturing industries
• Bachelor's degree in management, commerce, business, master's degree in industrial engineering or economics or mechanical engineering
• English language: above average
