مسئولیت‌های کلیدی:

• نگهداری و مدیریت شبکه‌های کامپیوتری و محیط‌های محاسباتی مرتبط از جمله سخت‌افزار کامپیوتر.
• تحقیق در مورد فناوری‌های جدید و پیاده‌سازی یا توصیه آن‌ها.
• عیب‌یابی و رفع مشکالت سخت‌افزاری، نرم‌افزاری یا سایر مشکالت شبکه و سیستم.
• جایگزینی قطعات معیوب.
• برنامه‌ریزی، هماهنگی و اجرای اقدامات امنیتی شبکه برای محافظت از داده‌ها، نرم‌افزار و سخت‌افزار.
• تضمین امنیت شبکه با توسعه دسترسی به آن، نظارت، کنترل و ارزیابی؛ مستندسازی از عملکرد شبکه.
• نظارت و نگهداری برنامه‌های ایمیل یا نرم‌افزارهای محافظت از ویروس.
• بهبود سیستم‌ها و پیکربندی‌های شبکه و تعیین الزامات سخت‌افزاری و نرم‌افزاری مرتبط.
• راه‌اندازی شبکه با بررسی و ارزیابی عملکردآن که شامل نحوه دسترسی و استفاده از آن.
• آموزش افراد در استفاده از سیستم‌های کامپیوتری.
• مدیریت و پشتیبانی مستمر از VMهای ESXI.
• طراحی، اجرا، عیب‌یابی و کدنویسی فرم‌ها و فرآِیندهای سازمانی در نرم‌افزار فراگستر.
• مدیریت و مانیتورینگ سرویس‌های شبکه Directory Active ،DNS ،DHCP ،Server F.

Troubleshooting and fixing hardware, software or other network and system problems
