شرح شغل:

• تحلیل و بهبود فرآیندهای سیستم‌های موجود.
• مانیتورینگ و ارزیابی عملکرد سیستم‌ها.
• ارائه گزارش‌های دوره‌ای به مدیریت.
• همکاری با تیم‌های مختلف به منظور شناسایی نیازمندی‌ها و پیشنهاد راه‌حل‌های بهینه.
• استفاده از مهارت‌های آفیسی و اکسل و ویزییو برای مستندسازی و گزارش‌دهی فرآیندها.
• مستندسازی روش‌های کاری جدید.
