• توسعه و مدیریت محصولات جدید از مفهوم تا ورود به بازار
• تحلیل و ارزیابی نیازهای بازار و شناسایی فرصت‌های جدید
• هماهنگی با تیم‌های مختلف داخلی برای اطمینان از همراستایی پروژه‌ها
• ارزیابی و نظارت بر عملکرد محصول و ایجاد پیشنهادات برای بهبود
• مدیریت بودجه‌های مربوط به توسعه محصول
• هدایت تیم‌های محصول در جهت اهداف استراتژیک

• مدرک تحصیلی در رشته مهندسی صنایع غذایی.
• تفکر انتقادی و قابلیت حل مسئله.
• مهارت‌های رهبری و مدیریت تیم.
• اخلاق کسب و کار قوی.
• توانایی تحلیل کسب‌وکار و فناوری اطلاعات.
• مهارت‌های ریاضی متوسط.
• تجربه در طراحی UX/UI.

The product manager at Solico Group is responsible for the development and management of the complete life cycle of products in the fast-moving consumer goods industry. This role requires effective communication with internal teams and customers as well as market analysis to improve products.

Responsibilities:
- Development and management of new products from concept to market entry
- Analyzing and assessing market needs and identifying new opportunities
- Coordinating with various internal teams to ensure project alignment
- Assessing and monitoring product performance and making suggestions for improvement
- Managing budgets related to Product development
- Training and guiding product teams towards strategic goals
