فعالیت‌‌ها و کارهای مربوط به این جایگاه:

• همکاری با سایر اعضای تیم‌ محصول برای درک نیازمندی، طراحی و پیاده‌سازی راه‌حل‌های بهینه.
• تحلیل نیازمندی‌های پیچیده و ساده‌سازی اون‌ها مبتنی بر اهداف محصول (با توجه به یکپارچگی محصول).
• توسعه و بهبود فرایندهای یکپارچه‌سازی، تست و مانیتورینگ.
• نظارت بر کیفیت کد و فرآیندها.
• مستندسازی و مانیتورینگ سرویس‌ها و ابزارها.
• بهبود سرعت توسعه و چابکی تیم به طور پایدار.

شرایط همکاری:

• این موقعیت به صورت حضوری و تمام‌وقت در غرب تهران (با دسترسی آسان به ایستگاه متروی دانشگاه شریف و دکتر حبیب‌الله) تعریف شده است. اگه به این حوزه علاقه‌مند هستید، لطفاً رزومه‌تان را بفرستید.
• مدل درآمدی: از 65 میلیون تومان.

توانمندی‌ها و شایستگی‌های مورد نیاز برای این جایگاه:

• حداقل چهار سال تجربه مشابه.
• تجربه با خروجی مشخص در بهبود وضعیت فنی تیم‌های نرم‌افزاری.
• مسلط به یکی از زبان‌های برنامه‌نویسی ترجیحاً پایتون.
• مسلط به یکی از فریم‌ورک‌های وب ترجیحاً Django.
• مسلط به مفاهیم برنامه‌نویسی شی‌گرا (OOP).
• مسلط به حداقل یکی از پایگاه‌های داده‌ی SQL–Based ترجیحاً PostgreSQL و یا پایگاه‌های داده‌ی NoSQL نظیر MongoDB و ClickHouse.
• آشنایی با System Design.
• آشنایی با انواع الگوهای معماری نرم‌افزار.
• آشنایی با مفاهیم DevOps و ابزارهای آن نظیر Docker ،Kubernetes و CI/CD.

داشتن مهارت‌های زیر مزیت محسوب می‌شود:

• آشنایی با FastAPI.
• آشنایی با Redis.
• آشنایی با RabbitMQ و Kafka.

Analyze complex requirements and simplify them based on product goals (according to product integrity)
Development and improvement of integration, testing and monitoring processes< br>Monitoring the quality of code and processes
Documentation and monitoring of services and tools
Improving the speed of development and agility of the team sustainably
Abilities and competencies required for this position:

Having at least 4 years of similar experience
Having experience with specific output in improving the technical status of software teams
Mastering one of the programming languages; preferably Python
mastery of one of the web frameworks; Preferably Django
mastery of object-oriented programming (OOP) concepts
mastery of at least one SQL-based database, preferably PostgreSQL or NoSQL databases such as MongoDB, ClickHouse and...
Familiarity with System Design
Familiarity with various software architecture patterns
Familiarity with DevOps concepts and its tools such as Docker, Kubernetes and CI/CD

Having the following skills is an advantage:

Familiarity with FastAPI
Familiarity with Redis
