Qeshm Air is looking for a customer relationship management (CRM) expert to strengthen its public relations and communications team in Tehran. This position is suitable for people with a beginner's professional level and without the need for special university education.
Responsibilities:
- Managing and improving relationships with customers and service providers
- Handling complaints and Feedback from customers with the aim of increasing their satisfaction
- Preparation and presentation of regular reports regarding the performance of the customer relationship management system
- Coordination and effective communication with other departments of the company in order to solve customer problems
- Implementation CRM-related process development and improvement plans
