Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master & OKR Expert to lead our teams in Agile practices and OKR implementation. In this role, you will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, coach teams on Agile methodologies, and align team objectives with the organization’s strategic goals through the OKR framework. You will ensure successful project execution, enhance productivity, and foster a collaborative and results-driven environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Project Management, or related fields.
- Relevant Scrum Master certifications such as CSM, PSM, or SAFe are required. OKR certifications like Certified OKR Practitioner or OKR Champion are a plus.
- 3-5 years of proven experience as a Scrum Master, with a successful track record in OKR implementation.
- Experience in technology, software development, or product management is highly desirable.
Key Skills
- Deep expertise in Agile and Scrum methodologies, with a strong understanding of OKR frameworks.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, Azure DevOps, and OKR platforms like Asana or Gtmhub.
- Excellent leadership and coaching skills to drive team performance and strategic alignment.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and experience in managing organizational change effectively.
