کارشناس طراحی خطوط پایپینگ و مدلینگ سه‌بعدی پلنت؛

شرایط احراز:

• آشنایی با قطعات پایپینگ (انواع لوله‌ها و اتصالات، انواع شیرها، آشنایی کلی با ابزاردقیق‌ها).
• آشنایی با اصول طراحی و الزامات پایپینگ (استانداردهای طراحی خطوط پایپینگ، الزامات اجرایی/کاربری/ایمنی در طراحی خطوط).
• آشنایی با استانداردها و مشخصات فنی (استاندارد متریال‌ها، استانداردهای ابعادی قطعات پایپینگ، مشخصه‌های فنی و مشخصه‌های خرید قطعات).
• آشنایی کلی با تجهیزات فرایندی (انواع پمپ‌ها، مخازن تحت فشار، رآکتور، بویلر، کمپرسور، فیلترها، برج خنک کننده).
• آشنایی کامل با مدارک بخش پایپینگ (تسلط کامل به خواندن نقشه‌های P&ID و تولید مدارک BOM ،Isometric ،PMS ،Piping Plan ،Line List).
• تسلط کامل به نرم‌افزار Autodesk AutoCAD (طراحی 2D و 3D به صورت کامل).
• آشنایی با نرم‌افزار Autodesk AutoCAD AVEVA E3D.

Piping and 3D Pipe Modeling Expert
Introduction to piping parts (types of pipes and fittings, types of valves, general familiarity with precision tools, etc.)
Introduction to the principles of design and piping requirements (Piping Line Design Standards, Executive / User / Safety / Safety of Line Design, etc.)
Introduction to Standards and Technical Specifications (Standards of Materials, Piping Parts Standards, Technical Characteristics and Participation Purchase Characteristics, etc.)
Overall familiarity with process equipment (pumps, pressure tanks, reactors, boilers, compressors, filters, cooling tower, etc.)
Full familiarity with Piping Documents (Full mastery of P&Id maps and production of BOM, isometric, PMS, Piping Plan, Line List, etc.)
Introduction to Software:
Full mastery of Autodesk AutoCAD software (2D and 3D design)
Introduction to Autodesk AutoCad Autova E3D
