ما به دنبال یک مهندس DevOps برای هدایت و گسترش اتوماسیون کارایی تیم عملیاتی و همکاری در سراسر تیم هستیم.

استقرار، پیکربندی و انجام تعمیر و نگهداری مداوم زیرساخت های فنی از جمله تمام ابزارهای DevOps.
نظارت بر عملکرد زیرساخت، و پشتیبان گیری، و پاسخ به حوادث و مشکلات عیب یابی.
ارائه، نگهداری و مدیریت خط‌مشی، فرآیندها، استانداردها و رویه‌های انتشار مناسب.
کمک به تیم توسعه در آماده سازی نسخه ها برای تولید. ممکن است شامل کمک به اتوماسیون تست های عملکرد، در مورد نیازهای زیرساخت، و هدایت تیم، در مورد تصمیمات سیستم باشد.
اطمینان از استانداردها و الزامات امنیت اطلاعات، که با تمام راه حل ها گنجانده شده است.
کمک به پشتیبانی مداوم، پایداری و عملکرد سیستم های کاربردی در تولید از جمله تجزیه و تحلیل مشکل، حل، تشدید و گزارش در صورت لزوم.
مهاجرت و ارتقاء اجزای زیرساخت با حداقل عوارض جانبی.
الزامات:

حداقل 5 سال سابقه کار.
مسلط به Linux، Kernel و File Systems.
آشنا با CI/CD (Jenkins, Gitlab-CI).
تجربه خوب در مجازی سازی و ابر.
مهارت های اسکریپت نویسی قوی در پایتون یا Bash.
تجربه در ابزارهای مدیریت پیکربندی (Ansible).
امکان پیکربندی پایگاه‌های داده SQL و NoSQL و برنامه‌هایی برای ارتقا یا مهاجرت زیرساخت داده (MySQL، PostgreSQL، Redis، RabbitMQ، MongoDB، ElasticSearch و InfluxDB).
تجربه قوی با دسترسی بالا، تعادل بار، و مفاهیم SSL/TLS (HAProxy).
تجربه قوی با سیستم های مدیریت کد منبع - (Git).
تجربه قوی با Containerization - (Docker).
تجربه قوی با پروتکل HTTP و سرورهای وب - (Nginx و ساخت ماژول های آن).
تجربه قوی با سیستم های ارکستراسیون کانتینر (Kubernetes)، حداقل در یک پروژه واقعی.
با لایه های TCP/IP، پروتکل های شبکه، سیستم های مسیریابی و فایروال ها (pfSense، Untangle و MikroTik) آشنا است.
تجربه با خدمات دایرکتوری (FreeIPA، OpenLDAP، Microsoft AD) امتیاز محسوب می شود.
تجربه قوی با اجزای Mail Server و ادغام آنها مزیت محسوب می شود.
تجربه با سیستم های نظارت و هشدار (پرومتئوس) و دانش عمیق از گلوگاه های سیستم.

We are looking for a DevOps engineer to guide and expand our operations team efficiency automation and collaboration across the team.

Responsibilities:

• Deploying, configuring, and performing ongoing maintenance of technical infrastructure including all DevOps tools.
• Monitoring infrastructure performance, and backups, and responding to incidents and troubleshooting issues.
• Providing, maintaining, and managing the appropriate release policy, processes, standards, and procedures.
• Assisting the development team with the preparation of releases for production. It may include assisting in the automation of performance tests, regarding the infrastructure requirements, and guiding the team, concerning system decisions.
• Ensuring information security standards and requirements, are incorporated with all solutions.
• Contributing to the ongoing support, stability, and performance of application systems in production including problem analysis, resolution, escalation, and reporting as necessary.
• Migrating and upgrading the infrastructure components with the minimum side effects.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of working experience.
• Fluent in Linux, Kernel, and File Systems.
• Familiar with CI/CD (Jenkins, Gitlab-CI).
• Good experience in Virtualization and Cloud.
• Strong scripting skills in Python or Bash.
• Experience in Configuration Management Tools (Ansible).
• Ability to configure SQL and NoSQL databases and plans for upgrading or migrating the data infrastructure (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Redis, RabbitMQ, MongoDB, ElasticSearch, and InfluxDB).
• Strong experience with High Availability, Load balancing, and SSL/TLS Concepts (HAProxy).
• Strong experience with Source Code Management Systems - (Git).
• Strong experience with Containerization - (Docker).
• Strong experience with HTTP Protocol and Web Servers - (Nginx and building its modules).
• Strong experience with Container Orchestration Systems (Kubernetes), at least in one actual project.
• Familiar with TCP/IP layers, network protocols, routing systems, and firewalls (pfSense, Untangle, and MikroTik).
• Experience with Directory Services (FreeIPA, OpenLDAP, Microsoft AD) is a plus.
• Strong experience with Mail Server components and their integrations is a plus.
• Experience with monitoring and alerting systems (Prometheus) and deep knowledge of the system bottlenecks.
