شرح موقعیت شغلی:

شرکت ما به‌دنبال جذب یک کارشناس دقیق، منظم و باانگیزه در حوزه حمل‌ونقل بین‌المللی است. این موقعیت شامل مدیریت قیمت‌گذاری خدمات حمل‌ونقل،
هماهنگی‌های عملیاتی با شرکت‌های حمل‌ونقل و پیگیری ارسال‌های بین‌المللی می‌باشد.

وظایف و مسئولیت‌ها:

برنامه‌ریزی و هماهنگی ارسال‌های بین‌المللی با شرکت‌های حمل‌ونقل، فورواردرها و گمرک
پیگیری لحظه‌ای وضعیت محموله‌ها و ارائه گزارش‌های عملیاتی
رسیدگی به مشکلات و تأخیرهای احتمالی در فرآیند حمل‌ونقل و ارائه راه‌حل‌های سریع
ارتباط مستمر با واحدهای داخلی (فروش، مالی، انبار) جهت هم‌راستایی عملیاتی
بررسی و کنترل اسناد حمل‌ونقل، فاکتورها، بارنامه‌ها و مدارک گمرکی
همکاری در تهیه پیشنهادهای قیمت و تحلیل نرخ‌های بازار در صورت نیاز


شرایط احراز:

حداقل 1 سال سابقه کار در عملیات حمل‌ونقل یا لجستیک بین‌المللی

آشنایی کامل با فرآیندهای گمرکی، اینکوتِرمز و اسناد حمل‌ونقل

تسلط به نرم‌افزارهای اکسل، Outlook و سیستم‌های مدیریت حمل‌ونقل

توانایی مدیریت همزمان چند پروژه و حل مسئله در شرایط فشار کاری

آشنایی با زبان انگلیسی در سطح کاری

Career Position Description:

Our company is seeking to attract an accurate, orderly and motivated expert in the field of international transportation. This position includes managing the pricing of transportation services,
Operational coordination with transport companies and tracking international shipping.
If you have a logistics experience and are looking for a professional and dynamic environment, we will be happy to have you in our team.

Duties and responsibilities:

Planning and coordinating international shipping with shipping companies, forwarders and customs
Momentary follow -up of cargo status and presentation of operational reports
Handling possible problems and delays in the transportation process and providing quick solutions
Continuous communication with domestic units (sales, financial, warehouse) to co -operate operational
Review and control of transportation documents, invoices, billions and customs documents
Cooperation in preparing pricing offers and analyzing market rates if needed


Conditions:

At least 1 year of work experience in international transport or logistics operations

Full familiarity with customs processes, incotors and transportation documents

Mastery of Excel, Outlook and Transportation Management Systems

The ability to manage multiple projects and solve the problem in working pressure conditions

Familiarity with English at work level
