مسئولیت ها:
- هدایت توسعه و اجرای استراتژی‌های کلی شرکت
- نظارت بر فعالیت‌های روزانه و تضمین کارایی عملکرد سازمان
- ارتقاء فرهنگ سازمانی و ایجاد محیط کاری انگیزشی
- انجام مذاکرات کلیدی با شرکای تجاری و مشتریان
- ایجاد و حفظ رابطه مؤثر با اعضای هیئت مدیره و ذینفعان
- نظارت بر عملکرد مالی و بودجه‌ریزی برای افزایش سودآوری
- شناسایی فرصت‌های رشد و توسعه کسب و کار

شایستگی ها:
- مدرک در مدیریت، بازرگانی یا تجارت
- مهارت‌های قوی در مذاکره
- توانایی رهبری و مدیریت تیم
- درک عالی از اخلاق کسب و کار

As the managing director, you are responsible for directing and managing all operations and strategies of Mad Raad Sina Company. Responsibilities:
- Directing the development and implementation of the company's overall strategies
- Monitoring the daily activities and ensuring the efficiency of the organization's performance
- Promoting the organizational culture and creating a motivating work environment
- Conducting key negotiations with business partners and customers
- Establishing and maintaining effective relationships with board members and stakeholders
- Monitoring financial performance and budgeting to increase Profitability
- Identify opportunities for business growth and development

Competencies:
- Degree in management, commerce or business
- Strong negotiation skills
- Leadership and team management ability
- Excellent understanding of business ethics
