شرح شغل:
- تهیه و بررسی قراردادهای تجاری.
- نظارت بر رعایت قوانین و مقررات مربوط به فعالیت‌های شرکت.
- تجزیه‌وتحلیل و ارائه راه‌حل‌های قانونی برای مسائل پیچیده تجاری.
- همکاری با مشاوران حقوقی خارجی در موارد خاص.
- تهیه گزارش از سوابق و اطلاعات قراردادها، اعلام قراردادهای در حال تکمیل و مکاتبات سازمانی.
- بررسی ضمائم و مدارک احراز هویت طرفین قراردادها و اجرای قراردادها.
- تهیه پیش‌نویس اولیه قراردادهای تازه منعقد شده بدون سابقه.
- تنظیم اسناد حقوقی غیر قراردادی اعم از اعلامیه‌ها، موافقتنامه‌های صلح و غیره.
- پاسخگویی به استعلامات حقوقی واحدهای شرکت یا طرف قرارداد.
- حضور در محاکم به عنوان نماینده قانونی و اداره امور حقوقی شرکت و وکالت در دعاوی.
- حضور در جلسات هیأت‌های ادارات تعاون، کار و رفاه اجتماعی.
- انجام ثبت شرکت در خصوص تغییرات و تصمیمات هیأت مدیره و مجامع عمومی شرکت و ثبت علائم تجاری.
- بررسی نامه‌های دریافتی و پاسخگویی مناسب بر اساس پیگیری‌های انجام شده.
شرایط احراز:
- مسلط به قوانین و مقررات مالی و تجاری.
- توانایی تجزیه‌وتحلیل و حل مسائل پیچیده حقوقی.
- مهارت قوی در تهیه و بررسی قراردادها.
- توانایی کار تیمی و ارتباط موثر با سایر بخش‌ها.
- جنسیت مد نظر: خانم یا آقا.
- حداقل سن: 40 سال.
- مدرک کارشناسی ارشد در رشته حقوق.
- حداقل ده سال سابقه کار در یک گروه شغلی مشابه و سابقه کار قابل توجه در زمینه مشاوره حقوقی و دعاوی.
- خدمت سربازی: اتمام خدمت سربازی یا معافیت دائم.

job description
- Preparation and review of commercial contracts and agreements
- Monitoring compliance with laws and regulations related to the company's activities
- Analyzing and providing legal solutions for complex business issues
- Cooperation with foreign legal advisors in special cases
- Preparation of reports regarding contract records and information, announcement of contracts being completed and organizational correspondence
- Obtaining and reviewing the appendices and documents for authentication of parties to contracts and administration of contracts
- Preparation of the initial draft of newly concluded contracts without history
- Drafting of non-contractual legal documents, including declarations, peace agreements, etc
- Responding to legal inquiries of company units or contractual parties
- Attending the courts as a legal representative and managing the company's legal issues and representation in lawsuits
- Attending the meetings of the Boards of Cooperative, Labor and Social Welfare Administration
- Carrying out company registration regarding changes and decisions of the board of directors and company general meetings and trademark registration
- Checking the received letters and responding appropriately based on the follow-ups
